Since this was second professional project, I was much experienced than my previous
project and hence I being recruited as the team member in this specific project. Moreover, I did
not face much complexities while completing the tasks. After providing a completed design for
the 3600 drilling machines project, I also have to help my respective fellow team members to
understand the subsequent requirements of project as well as the process or working principles of

situational problem that has occurred. However, I became eventually successful to use my core
skills or knowledge of mechanical engineering and hence solved all of these problems.
Furthermore, my capability of thinking out of the box was one of the core advantage in this
project.

CE 2.3.4 Identified issues and their solutions
2.3.4.1 Issues
The most important technical difficulty that I have confronted in this work occurred
while project drilling bit designing. I knew it very well that if the drill bits will break, this entire
machine will not be working and thus the respective users will not have the capability of utilizing
that specific machine. Another significant issue, which I had faced was the incorrect equipment
selection. My fellow team member, to whom I have previously provided the core responsibility

of selecting correct equipment, eventually made a completely wrong list of equipment and thus
my project was under stake. The next subsequent problem, which I had confronted in this case
was during designing a respective point angle of my drill bit. However, I had done this mistake
within the portion of designing and hence these pointing angles were not properly designed. The
fourth difficulty, which I have confronted here occurred during vertical arm designing of 3600
drilling machine project.
2.3.4.2 Solutions
Regarding drill bit issue I took the ideology to use twisted drill. It subsequently
minimized the main complications for drill bit designing and thus it ensured that my drill bit will
not get broken in an easy manner. Regarding the second issue I ensured that these entire lists
were being made once again and thus it never creates any issue. Regarding the third distinctive
