improved focus on institutional and cultural analysis. It is beneficial to develop understanding

global working. Company is offering its services in diverse nations and holding high market
share in United States. Organization offer number of services to its customers such as flight,
holiday packages, hotel accommodation, car on rent and etc (Davin, 2015). Flight Centre is having
great opportunities in Malaysia that enhances positive aspects within nation. Low faire services
is key motive so that needs of customers can be accomplished effectively. Participative working
also creates positive environment within organization and lead business to impressive level of
success (Kwak, 2016). Number of collective working is being taken into account so that customer
needs can be accomplished. Employees are also satisfied and willing to have active participation
