to educate, commitment to speak out and bring on appealing new healthcare services for
stringent potential growth parameters. The nursing education in modern science, has
been specifically advancing within her leadership where main optimum focus by her was

Florence Nightingale environmental theory is based on five points where leader has been
globally recognized for high courageous contributions, specific leadership factors for
providing high scale contribution while working as nurse. The leader has been also
acknowledged to bring on rapid innovation, creativity for the field of medical healthcare
and nursing with changing rapid engagement practices actively. The act of utilizing
patient environment heads on profound focus on 5 environmental factors: which are fresh
air, pure water, efficient drainage, cleanliness and sanitation and direct sunlight (Harris,
