INTRODUCTION
The nursing leader Florence Nightingale was English social reformer, founder of modern
nursing who has been proficiently working towards field of improvised nursing practices rapidly.
Report will analyze attributes and work contributions in field of Modern Nursing and use of
leadership, for further improving work criteria diversely.
Brief Biographical Outline of nursing leader- Florence Nightingale
Florence Nightingale spent career working towards establishing nursing training practices
with high creative leadership engagement, variedly in field and paving way for nursing in current
form (Susan and et.al, 2016). The leader came to prominence while serving as leader and trainer
in nurse, where she organized care for wounded soldiers at Constantinople known for brave and
selfless leadership aspects variedly evolving towards nursing practices. Florence Nightingale
displayed high force on unity, where leadership and ideals correlating towards saving sick people
by nursing practices further enhanced her outlook towards serving people. One of the most
important innovation and contribution done in field of nursing, has been found towards enhanced
expertise related to cleanliness and sanitation. Notes on nursing, her book has been found to be

one of the prime achievement where hospitals and nursing practices are widely explained based
upon new leadership activities taken up (Prestia, 2021).
Attributes and values of the effetcive leader
Attributes of leader, Florence Nightingale working in field of modern nursing has been
widely imperative and in accordance towards bringing new values oriented in system for larger
working efficiency which brings on rise diversely (Wang, Zhu & Duan, 2021). Attributes such
as high confident within personality and values such as taking productive initiatives, learnings
form various case studies variedly heading to bring on rapid functional rise diversely. Two
significant attributes, displayed by Florence Nightingale are professional socialization and
integrity.
 The leader had proficiently worked in field of nursing, worked towards integrating best
resources for medical services among patients and to further enhance healthcare practices
diversely. Her professional socialization ideologies for enhanced health services has been
heading to bring on healthy environment at place, engage with best scale efficacy for
rights among nurses in field of nursing. The effective leaders have worked proficiently in
field by contributing towards environmental theory implementation, and also bringing
book on medical, nursing practices (Juan, 2021). By following participative leadership
and attribute of professional socialization, Florence nightingale worked on commitment
to educate, commitment to speak out and bring on appealing new healthcare services for
stringent potential growth parameters. The nursing education in modern science, has
been specifically advancing within her leadership where main optimum focus by her was
evolved towards bringing best scale services rapidly (Pieter and et.al, 2019).
 Integrity of best trainings and instruments to be delivered among nurses was also one of
her main aim, where her leadership skills widely has been professionally worked on for
improvising better facilities for nurses with coming time. Historically, the modern
nursing movement was also imperatively witnessed by leader where bravery and
ideology to take up initiatives practically made her one of the most competent leader.
Nightingale was active in philanthropy from young age, where leader had dedicated life
to medical care resulting lifetime commitment towards modern nursing (Nease &
Leimberger, 2021). Florence Nightingale had integrity, which also headed focus towards

taking up transformative leadership with evolving new competencies and high scale
creative innovation for learning motivation practices. Leader has been motivating within
teams, by providing acknowledged medication knowledge and focusing towards
integrating best principles of healthcare significant competencies variedly for longer
productive advancement (Pipe and et.al, 2016).
Two significnat contributions and achievements
There have been various significant contributions done in field of nursing and healthcare
services by Florence Nightingale, where leader has been taking up varied new steps for
empowering new ideologies variedly. It can be also understood that leadership goals, has been
rapidly evolving to bring on high scale efficacy for strategic keen productivity among nurses to
contribute towards modern nursing (Lopyola & Oliveira, 2021).
 Florence Nightingale environmental theory is based on five points where leader has been
globally recognized for high courageous contributions, specific leadership factors for
providing high scale contribution while working as nurse. The leader has been also
acknowledged to bring on rapid innovation, creativity for the field of medical healthcare
and nursing with changing rapid engagement practices actively. The act of utilizing
patient environment heads on profound focus on 5 environmental factors: which are fresh
air, pure water, efficient drainage, cleanliness and sanitation and direct sunlight (Harris,
2021).
 Nightingale wrote Notes on nursing novel (1859), which was foundation of curriculum
for nursing school and nursing optimum practices, where the leader ideologies and
theories related to nursing education has been discussed. Notes of matters affecting
health, efficiency and hospital administration has been imperatively focusing to bring on
