INTRODUCTION
Job is an essential aspect that helps in purchasing basic needs items and fulfilling desire
or wishes of individual. Without job it is not possible to lead a common life as there are various
challenges faced in society that make realise as not a part of regular society. Job also helps a
person to attain confidence, self-respect and social status which helps to a comfortable life. This
report is based from perspective of designer flower arranger which is useful to gain employment

In the present scenario, there are various task performed by management which is used for
satisfying needs of customers. The job role which is decided after the graduation is of flower
designer arranger which is a complicated job task and it is required to deal with regular

the perspective of job role with complete of all task by understanding job needs leads me to
boost my career. As compare to other job roles and the existing market conditions this is also
identified most of the job are not employing individuals due to less skills and their work
inefficiency. This refers that skilled jobs are more in demand that helps for satisfying needs and
wants of customers in proper manner. In the present scenario, to improve and match my skills
with market needs and job role it is essential for me to generate inspiration for getting new ideas
and improve work capabilities with workshops and seminar. This result it is easy to gain desired
results that help to manage and complete work with right job role (Press and Cooper, 2017).
With the globalisation aspect it is also identified that there is existing competition present in
market due to which it is complex to get desired and accurate job role. So with direct
