1ANALYSIS OF PERSONAL GOALS
Goal 1: Self –Care:
My goal regarding personal care had been to build or maintain physical fitness, for which
my objectives had been to eat healthy food and having a total of three meals per day which
would contain all important nutrients like protein carbohydrates and other micro nutrients.
Though the challenge had been not to skip meals and choose unhealthy food as an option, I
managed to pack my lunch and not opt to buy lunch outside. Self motivation also had been a
challenge but my strength had been controlling the cravings.
To obtain better productivity and concentration I made alterations in my sleeping habits
and maintained a schedule where my objective had been to wake up early in the morning and
complete 8 hours of sleep every day. Initially it had been difficult since I remain distracted
during the bed time but being a person of exercise and yoga it has helped me to achieve this goal
without much effort.
Reduction of stress being another personal goal, had been not easy because I am weak at
managing time and often I have been missing on my yoga and relaxation techniques which have
been my objectives. I aim to be more conscious and manage the time effectively since I have a
free membership at Peterborough Wellness Centre.
