1. Introduction
The project management has been very helpful for taking care of the factors for the
alignment of the successful and effective management of the work. The project management
tools and principles has been aligned specifically with the implication of the works and the
management of the operations for the organization. The analysis of the works has been
successfully aligned with the consideration of the works integrating the management of the
successful and effective work development. The significant analysis of the work factors would
be effectively implied for the utilization of the smart project completion. The following
assignment would involve the taking care of the documentation requirement by the stakeholders.
The management has been implied with the use of the Ms-Project schedule and WBS
documentation for the project of “Implementation of CRM for Fluent Retail”. The report would
provide an initial documentation aligning with the development of the final documentation for
the Fluent Retail organization.
2. Organization Background
The project of “Implementation of CRM for Fluent Retail” has been considered for the
alignment of the successful documentation and the alignment of the specific and improved
management process. The final documentation would be developed considering the alignment of
the activities and ensuring the implication model. The Fluent Retail is one of the most prominent

The objectives of the project include the identification of the work required for the

The project would be effectively implied with the development of the successful and
effective management process. The project scope would be listed for the formation of the smart
management. The combination of the integrated work management can be implied with the
project of Implementation of CRM for Fluent Retail. The project scope would be dependent on
the deliverable for the implication management. The alignment of the work would be resulted in
integrating the work for the formation. The project scope can be divided into in scope and out of
scope. The in scope items for the project would include the effective deliverable plan, design of
the application, implementation plan, and development plan. The integration would be implied

below,
Initialization: The first phase of the project activities that includes the management of
the information and collecting them based on the successive work implication. The activities
included in this phase are requirement analysis, charter documentation, project initiation
documents, and submission of documents. The sign off is the milestone of this phase.
Planning: The planning is the second phase of the project plan that involves the
development of the specific project plan integrating the alignment of the successive and smart
project development. The project plan development would be integrated with the activities of
project kick off meeting, activity listing, scheduling of activities, and risk management planning.
The plan approval is the milestone of the project phase.
Developing: the developing phase is induced with the consideration of the works for the
creation of the smart project completion development. The development of the smart work
development can be implied with the designing of the system and development of the system.
The system design is done for forming the outlay of the smart project integration management.
The design sub-phase would include the activities of selection of design platform, outline is
made, design simulation, completion of design, and design approval. The development sub-phase
is implied with the management of the works pertaining the management of the successful
development management. The development sub-phase would involve the activities of UI
development, programming the functions, integrating the database, prototyping the application,
and system development.

Closing: the closing phase would include the activities of testing and monitoring, final
