As, the company has newly appointed the HR head in Flyhigh airline through the
leading HR management function they have constantly improved the efficiency
of organization through overcoming and minimizing the risks of different HR
related issues. The key HR issues that is faced by the Flyhigh airline include-
1. HR issues related with irregularities and discrimination practices while
recruiting and selecting the candidate
To overcome this HR issue from the Flyhigh airline HR head focused on
implementing various legislation within the system and process so that airline
company engage in the ethical and fair practices. Moreover, the HR head will
also focus on monitoring the recruitment and selection conducted by the senior
management team so that they can easily determine the negative actions
performed by the staff.

2. Another HR issue that is faced by Flyhigh airline is related with improper workforce
planning
To overcome this HR issue the newly appointed HR head of Flyhigh airline must
focuses on proper workforce planning so that airline company can easily maintain the
adequacy of workforce within the airline so that they can deliver quality services to their
passengers and customers who prefer the low cost airline to travel from one place to
another. This change in the process and procedure of the company it result in proper
planing of the workforce.

3. Another HR issue faced the organization include issue related with low morale of
employees that results in high employee turnover.
To overcome this HR issue from the airline company HR head focuses on devising the
formalized wage structure within the airline so that it may not dissatisfied the employees
and staff working in the airline. Furthermore, in order to overcome the low morale of
employees company should also engage in implementing reward system for their crew
members and staff so that it may higher their morale and thus increases their
productivity.

Thus, with the help of overcoming the above HR issues it will benefit the company in
increasing their performance with increasing the profitability. As, increasing the
profitability ratio will easily convince their shareholders to invest their investment and
finance in purchasing their share. As, with the increasing profitability ratio of the
company it will outcome in generating the huge profit ratio that further assists in
delivering the future profit to all the shareholders and stakeholders who have invested in
purchasing the share of the company.
