INTRODUCTION
Innovation means a new method, idea or a product for something different. This report is
based on innovation and creativity. In this report the innovation is related to create a app for food
recycle which wasted by the households. The app named as food ambulance. This app will help
the poor peoples to end their hunger and reduce food wastage. The app will be constructed in that
way which was very easy to access by everyone. A separate team was employed for accessing
the waste food from households who updated information on app. There may be various internal
external issues to accessing the app. So these issues also be considered for betterment in the
accessing of app (Dubina, Carayannis and Campbell, 2012).
There are various innovation theories which are very helpful to create an effective food
ambulance. This food ambulance reduces wood wastage as well as end hunger of poor peoples or
needy peoples. Govt. support is the greatest factor in his process. It is the strength of proposed
innovation. The whole report is based on the innovation of food ambulance and analysis of
factors which influences it internally and externally. And solution for problem identified about
these factors. The innovation of food ambulance will help to increase the countries prosperity
also.
Introduction to innovation
New things are force full processes which chief place on the work of art and putting into
effect of new or got well products and arms, processes, positions and examples. With a good
outcome new things are those that outcome in improvements in doing work well, good effects,
quality or meeting outcomes/impacts. It is also important to (be conscious) have seen before that
strange newness should not be seen as good in it-self, rather new things need to be judged on the
base of their contributions to improvements in doing work well, good effects, quality or grouping
outcomes (Bruton, 2011).
Analysis of the potential internal and external drivers, conditions, and barriers that may influence
the innovation
Food ambulance is an application which helps to recycle the waste food and end the
hunger of poor people. It will have connected through internet and access the location of peoples
who update their location to pick up waste food from household. This app will help at a vital

level for the country and needy or poor peoples as well. But there are some potential internal and
external drivers which may influence the food ambulance innovation.
Major internal and external drivers, conditions and barriers: internal drivers mean the
forces which affects the newly generated idea internally. These may be as follows:
Entrepreneur's willingness: sometime that factor influence the innovation ideal at very
wider level. Because everything is dependent on the desire of entrepreneur. Food
ambulance's innovation is also depending on the willingness and desire of the prospected
person.
Quality management training: The life long survival in a distinct area will be depend on
the quality management and required training process. If after innovation of a particular
product it would not be managed by time gap, then it can't be able to survive in long
term. Food ambulance also require time to time updates if it will not be provided then it
lost effectiveness in long term. Because with the changing of time, requirements also
changed (Sawyer, 2011).
Technology strategy: it is most important internal factor because whole innovation is
based on technological strategy. If it is not strong then innovation can’t be succeeding in
future. A strong plan related to technological factor is necessary because it is absent then
food ambulance can't grow I market. Without it the accessing process of app can’t grow.
Idea quality: quality of everything matters for successful journey in future. The idea
quality is also matter in innovation. Because of the quality is not good then newly
invented product can't be accessed properly and face failure. Same as if food ambulance
has no quality like, not timely pick up from customers, fail to receive proper connection
then it would not be succeeding.
Strong desire to learn something as personal or scientific: if a there are curiosity which
may be personal or scientific then it may effect innovation. Because when something new
invented or changed in existing, it may cause barriers in path of success. Same as if food
ambulance changed very rapidly then it may cause stopped.
External drivers which influence the innovations externally: followings are the major external
factors which effect the innovation.
Customers and clients: These are the major external factors which influence the newly
generated idea. If the customers do not want to adopt the newly invented product, then it

would be waste of time. Such as if peoples do not cooperate with the food ambulance
then it will not be effectively applicable in country. And benefits can't be acquired from
that.
Market: A new innovation always tested at market. And this fact always effects it. Because if
market sometime dose not adopt the newly invented product then it’s impossible for it to grow in
future. If food ambulance is not supported by marketing activities, then it cannot be successful
(Baron, R. A. and Tang, J., 2011).
Competitors and global changes: These are the factors which played a wider role in
influencing the innovation. Because if there are strong competition then a newly invented
product must be strong than other products which are present in market. If food
ambulance is not strong as well other food rescue apps then it would face failure.
New technology: Newly invented idea should be flexible if it will not then have
influenced by day to day technological changes. Today's world is based on technology
and day by day new technological changes enter in the market for luxuries life. Same as
if food ambulance will not be able to update itself with day to day requirements then it
can't be succeeding.
Suppliers: These plays a vital role in invention of new product or idea. These are the
major factors which provides the access on the external knowledge. That knowledge is
the base of innovation. Same as food ambulance can be invented properly if external
knowledge acquired properly and identified the current requirement.
Analysis of the implication of the innovation and its potential diffusion
Implications of the innovation and its potential diffusion covers a wide area. Implications
and diffusion both required for the innovation. The requirement of it as follows:
For a change: Innovation implication is required for the change in the existing traditional
product or idea.
It is required for introducing new technological changes.
For change in existing technological strategy.
it helps to provide better stairs to going upward with the technology.
Same as the food ambulance also require these implications for better performance. And it shows
the new tradition to households for serving their waste food to needy people in very easy way.
Followings are some implications of innovations: A innovation always effects the existing

situation of related products or other things in country. Food ambulance will also impact on
existing situations and these are as follows:
Reduce wastage: it reduces the food wastage in households because it provides the
platform for people to donate their waste food.
Aware peoples about the value of food: it helps in aware the people about the value of food
which they waste in day to day activities (Yeh-Yun Lin and Liu, 2012).
End hunger of needy people: Food ambulance is a app that recycle the waste food of
households and provide it to needy peoples. In this way it helps to end hunger of poor
people.
Increase the prosperity of country: That app surely help to increase the prosperity of a
country. Because it provides the platform for connecting rich to poor peoples. By the help
of food ambulance, the rich people deliver the food to needy ones.
Diffusion of innovation: it means that how newly invented product or idea spread throughout the
time changes. It is clearly understandable through the theory of diffusion.
Theory of diffusion: Diffusion of new thing (DOI) Theory, got greater, stronger, more
complete by E.M. Rogers in 1962, is one of the eldest grouping science theories. It originated in
exchange to give an account of how, over time, an idea or product gain momentum and give out
through a special group or grouping system. The end outcome of this diffusion is that persons in
general, as part of a grouping system, take up a new idea, behaviour, or product. taking as one's
own means that a person does something differently than what they had earlier. The key to
taking as one's own is that the person must become conscious of the idea, behaviour, or product
as new or tending to new. It is through this that diffusion is possible. Taking as one's own of a
new idea, behaviour, or product does not come about at the same time in a grouping system;
rather it is a process whereby some people are more right to take up the new thing than others.
persons making observations have discovered that people who take up a new thing early have
different qualities than people who take up a new thing later (West and Sacramento, 2012).
When giving help to a new thing to a Target group, it is important to get through knowledge the
qualities of the Target group that will help or make slow taking as one's own of the new thing.
There are five put up adopter groups, and while the greater number or part of the general group
takes care of to fall in the middle groups, it is still necessary to get through knowledge the
qualities of the Target group. When giving help to a new thing, there are different carefully

worked designs used to Appeal to the different adopter categories. Food ambulance also passes
through these stages for growing strategy in future.
Innovators: These are people who need to be the first to attempt the new thing. They are
venturesome and interested in new ideas. These people are very ready to take dangers,
and are often the first to get greater, stronger, more complete new ideas. Very little, if
anything, needs to be done to Appeal to this population. Food ambulance also adopted by
that category of people who really want to contribute their share.
Early Adopters: These are people who represent opinion firsts. They have special rights
quality of being a chief part, and take in one's arms (to oneself) change chances. They are
already having knowledge of the need to change and so are very comfortable taking up
new ideas. carefully worked designs to Appeal to this group cover how-to hand books
and news given bits of paper on putting into effect. They do not need news given to make
come round them to change. These type of people adopt the food ambulance because of
represent their opinion first (Reiter-Palmon, Wigert and de Vreede, 2012).
Early greater number or part: These people are uncommonly firsts, but they do take up
new ideas before the mean person. That said, they representatively need to see Evidence
that the new thing works before they are ready to take up it. Carefully worked designs to
Appeal to this group cover a good outcome stories and Evidence of the new thing's
effectiveness. At that stage the app faces some difficulties because these category of
people may create barrier in adoption of new innovation.
Late greater number or part: These people are doubting of change, and will only take up a
new thing after it has been troubled by the greater number or part. carefully worked
designs to Appeal to this group cover knowledge on how many other people have
attempted the new thing and have took up it successfully. At this stage of diffusion clients
may be face failure. Food ambulance have to struggle at that point of diffusion (Collins
and et. al., 2011).
Laggards: These people are joined by belief and very reasoned. They are very doubting
of change and are the hardest group to take on board. carefully worked designs to Appeal
to this group cover statistics, fear Appeals, and force from people in the other adopter
groups. This stage of diffusion is very doubtful so it may cause a high success for food
ambulance or may cause high failure.

CONCLUSION
At the end of the report it can be concluded that innovation may be about a new product
or idea. Food ambulance app is an innovation proposed in that report which is all about the food
rescue. That app helps in reducing the household's food wastage and provide it to needy people.
But apart from that, the difficulties which may be face by the food ambulance will be
technological factors, lack of awareness, willingness of adoption etc. so for removing that
difficulties Govt. have to provide full support for it. It must be necessary for every household to
adopt and update their waste food products. And it is only possible if Govt. announce it as
necessary as identification is compulsory for every citizen. And means of awareness also
provided to the people for adoption of that app. Diffusion of innovation helps to understand the
spreading fact of food ambulance. But some strict actions have to be required for its success.
