There are several factors that determine as to which outlets are chosen by customers to
visit. These factors are very important in relation to analysing the activities required to attract
customers towards the outlet. For this aspect, several factors are stated below: Environment: One of the most important factors influencing customers is related to the
environment provided by the outlet. For example, if an outlet has clean environment,
sanitised interiors, well behaved and professional staff, etc., then the customers would
choose the outlet in comparison with others. This also includes aspect like product
placement, seating arrangements, packaging, etc.
Affordability: Another factor is related to affordability. People would like to go to outlets
which provide high quality products with affordable pricing. Hence, providing the same
would influence customers in preferring the outlet to a higher extent (Montgomery and et.
al., 2019).
