INTRODUCTION
Food and Beverage operations means the various varieties of food and beverages
provided by the business throughout the world. The international food service industries provide
thousands of meals a day and several dishes or varieties of food services operation. Although it
pertains the multiple activities like purchasing the raw material, preparing food and beverage,
keeping the inventory of material, maintaining quality of food and services, management of
