Introduction
This report is about reflective blog on marketing which includes the digital technology, customer
requirements, implications upon the entire operational performance, success of strategies for
growing my business performance.
Importance of digital technology in enhancing my business performance
Digital technology helps in enhancing my business performance by increasing the interaction
with customers and the employees and offers best customer experience at the same time. It also
helps me in making the long term connection with the customers through websites, apps and
software. It is increasingly making the systems smarter as it freeing up my employees from often
uninteresting tasks for more exciting pursuits. It enables me the storage of massive ranges of
information in relatively small spaces as many pictures, videos, contact information and other
important documents can be carried around on mobile phones which enhance my business
performance (Fitzgerald, Et al, 2014).
Analysis of how my business adapted to the requirements of the customer
While deciding on pop-up outlet, my business mainly focuses on the sell solutions, not only on
product which is the main requirement of customers. I generally try to know the perceptions of
the customers as every customers have different level of perception. The expectations of the
customers are always up while I am making the plan for the pop-up outlet. I always use my
knowledge and experience to identify and present the right product and services to the
customers. While deciding on concept of pop-up outlet, I assess the current mindset about the
customer’s requirements and accept that requirements of the customers are inevitable in business
and adopt a positive attitude towards those requirements (Westerman, Et al, 2014).
Analysis of implications of failing to meet the professional food and beverage legal and
regulatory requirements
I faced issues in protection of health, welfare and safety of my staffs as well as customers. This
issue becomes more complex when my business grows. By failing to meet such requirements has
increased the legal problems such as risk of fines, work stoppage, penalties and proceedings or a

end of my business. Along with this, I might face costly sanctions. This also results in someone
suing my strengths to strengthen their case. It also disproved operations within the business
which leads to less work productivity.
Evaluation of effectiveness of strategies
The strategies which I have used for building a trustworthy customer base have been effective or
effective as it helps in targeting a particular audience and emphasis on the main advantages
depend on the customer’s view point and the interests. It helps in identified the goals and tools of
digital marketing that I will require. The strategies help in planning for my owned, earned and
paid media campaigns. It is also effective in putting the resources towards the right task in
professional food and beverages campaigns (Davis, Et al, 2018).
Impact of digital technology
Digital technology supports in automate the functions of food and beverages business such as
keeping all the records in digital system. It also helps the business to create the secure
environment for business operations or maintains the information of customers as well as
employees of the outlet. It also improves the process of communication between the customers
and the people of outlet for satisfying the needs and expectations of the customers and helps to
improve the performance or operations of the F&B business outlet. This results in improve
buying behavior of customers towards the product in pop-up outlet (Goodman, 2019)
