for me to cook the food in morning, day, and in night. Whenever I order the food I
usually get late delivery and some time not getting fresh food. Due to getting
unhealthy and inorganic I faced the problem of PCOD and obesity that created a big
problem for me. Where I was thinking that I need to get fresh food which provide
me a taste of home and also I would get the light food for morning.
As I was doing the masters where I learnt business tips and different ideas of
business which I can be used to start my career and get a good recognition between
people. I was thinking that problems which I faced should not be faced by other
where I have kneed that I am interested to start a food business where I can provide
the better design and quality of food to customers at less time. This ideas click in my
mind and I shared with my parents and friends who supported me to do same.
I knew that it will be a great opportunity for me to understand the customer
requirement and provide them food at reasonable cost that will help to run and
sustain in the competitive business environment (Julien-David and Marcic, 2020).
Thus, I thought that I am the right person who can understand the problem of

For this business me and my partner has prepared a script and structure by looking
all key points and resources that mentioned in BMC1, model. This coordinated with
marking criteria. While planning for the business pitch, elements that are illustrated
in the BMC 2 modified, such as who the product is for is more precise after
performing further study. It was difficult to keep the script under 2 minutes because
there was so much detail to cover. However, when re-examining the requirements,
cutting it down by using the criterion as a reference was beneficial. By establishing
the business of food corner I will attracts the more customers and increase the
productivity. As a result of this event, I will make sure to use the parameters wisely
from the outset, which will save time and effort in the long run (Rakow, Gough and
Lee, 2020).
I have prepared the structure of Food Delight to start the own business by using
resources and capital that help to develop the business performance. I will use the
resources properly by developing skills and abilities to work. Reflection upon my
experience I make sure that I am responsible for managing all information and

Iterative Journey:
Family and friends assist me to start my own business by offering different quality
and types of food that will helps to fill the customers demand choices. BY using the
business canvas model I focused on key partners, activities, suppliers, cost structure,
revenue related, product and service delivery, value preposition, marketing & sales
communication and customer segment that will help to develop the business
performance and activities effectively. By setting the £250 for their products is very
reasonable that will help to fill the customer choices and increase the Google search
ranking (Drugman and Dutoit, 2019).
After interviewing and selecting the best food for customers in UK, I will get the high
customer experience and manage the higher productivity. This will help to provide
the right suggestions to customers and what changes are needs to bring is adopted
by organization that can help to develop the business performance and activities.
Assumption have changed through customers feedback and feedback form that will
help to attracts customers and increase organizational productivity.
Competitor Insight:
By comparing with other food restaurant and café it can be described that Food
delight will fill the customer demand, taste and remain the loyal customers towards
brand as it serve the better quality and design of food to customers and increase the
organizational performance in the competitive environment.
The main competitor of Food Delight is Rosewood, Starbucks, and other café who
provides the food items. This organization will keep all taste and type of food that
will help to increase the business performance and customer experience level
effectively.
Cost & Risks:
In starting stage I faced the problem like structure, interior, selecting a best location,
,internet, human resources, finding chefs, and developing the trust level of
customers which I solved smoothly and patiently. I brought the changes which
demanded by customers and complete the goals in certain period of time. I
managed the cost and risk in relation to winning a business project that helped to
increase the organizational performance and profitability effectively.

Critically reflect on your experience and challenge faced and the abilities you
have developed:
As I used the reflection Kolb model where I focused on my strength and weakness
that needs to bring improved. As I noticed that I have good
communication, ,coordination and team building skills which I used to complete
the project which assigned by my tutor. This area has developed my
understanding and skills how to manage functions and activities of a task that
support me to get the future opportunity .
I was weak in transferable skills, organisational skills and mathematical skills
which I improved by working with my team members, and my tutor that will
provide me a good opportunity to achieve the goals. I also have problem solving
skills which I used to find out the problems and bring them solution.

section and in consideration of your future career action plan:
In my action career plan I used the problem solving, communication, writing skills and
mathematical skills which supported me to focus on project and accomplish them
