retailers are having control of 73% in the industrial market.
•At 39% Woolworth attracts the largest sale of pie.
•It has been predicted that there will be 20% production on local food
production in Australia that might generate $20billion to $30billion revenue.
•In case of political stability it has been seen that agricultural activities are
integrating their business with education and organic farming. Therefore, it
is necessary to inculcate food security and sustainable tactics in food
business.

job
• The readings of the students who are willing to choose their respective career and the workplace
structures are the resources that helped to evaluate my dream jobs. Students across various subjects have
chosen their job on the basis of their subjects. Therefore, I am student dealing with management subject,
so I would prefer to become a food entrepreneur.
• These readings helped me to understand the corporate structure supporting entrepreneurship. They helped
men to understand the way in which popular business executives in Delloite manage to climb the higher
positions of the management ladder. I recognized it through the readings of the video and resources that
successful business is something that is built on scale of economics and standards hierarchy.

Slide 6+7: Helpfulness of Readings to dream job
• The readings and videos have helped recognise that large organization face several challenges
in retaining young generation employees to work. This is because youngsters expect more in
an entrepreneur ambience. In this context, they urge more for freedom. However, since I am
aiming to be fulfil my dream job as a food entrepreneur I do not have any exiting job
experience. Therefore, these readings are helpful for understanding the influencing factors.
On the contrary, organizations need these type young employees to help them incorporate
innovation in their start-ups through series of programs.
• From the readings it has been found that due to the onset of recession and economic crisis till
2007 needs for employment and protection of lives became manifest. However, the current
situation shows that cost effectiveness of work are being mediated by the digital growth with
a significant exchange of economic value. Possible challenges in this type of entrepreneurship
are internalization of business theories within the organization and the substitution of
employment by the growth of technology. These readings and videos has therefore, helped to
understand the fluctuating condition of the employment market in the global society.

• Future aspect for achieving the dream job as Food entrepreneur
shows that these political and social factors influence this job in
great way due to the expansion of nonstandard employment over
the periods. It has been found that except for part time jobs there
has not been any increase in the non-standards job. It is the self-
employment and start up entrepreneurship that grew.
• On the contrary, as I do not have any existing job experience this
readings will helpful in determining the future context of the
students. Students from foreign background and low educational
qualification are facing problems ion finding permanent jobs. In
this aspect, self-employment and entrepreneurship is the only way
to socially protect and financial resilience for the youngsters.

• In the future context, it has been seen that automation and
digital platform can also pose huge threat to employment
while making it obsolete. It can be argued that not all
kinds of jobs are at risk due to automation of work.
• In contrast to these, there are lots of jobs that are
involved in official interactions it depends on the activity
of the transaction. Restaurant does not need artificial
intelligence and automation. However, it is necessary to
be digitally updates for running online transaction in food
production and delivery.
