Introduction
In the changing social trends,restaurant industry is growing in the Australian market in
fastest manner (Alberca and Parte 2018). In the current business scenario, introducing the
restaurant business not only can generate higher rate of profitability, but also it can significantly
impact on the GDP rate in Australia. In this study, the business proposal for a restaurant business
will be introduced in which name is Food Junction. The aim of this business proposal is to
discuss about the different options available to Food Junction regarding crowd funding.
Problem statement
Analyzing the restaurant industry in Australia, it has been identified that with increasing
numbers of Asian migrants in the Australian market, demand for Asian foods in the Australian
market has got increased. Especially the demand for Indian food has got increased in the
Australian restaurant sector and due to lack of availability of Indian foods, Indian migrants are
missing the taste as well as forgetting the culture of their country. In this situation increasing
demand of the Asian food has influenced the idea for developing Indian food restaurant in
Australia.
Objectives of the proposal

There are majorly four types of crowd funding activities available for Food junction.
Each of these activities should be analyzed on the basis of the business sustainability and

should be implemented.

In the Food Junction, authentic Indian food will be served. Food junction will be
introduced in the central business area of Sydney with the seat capacity of 30 people. The
purpose of this study is to focus on developing the business plan by analyzing the external
situation of the company in Australian market.

The business proposal can significantly analyze the emerging opportunities in the current
restaurant industry in Australia. In this research proposal, analyzing the external business
environment, it can be easier for understanding how the external environmental opportunities can
