The report has opted the Nora cafe for the assessment of the management practice by
using the performance techniques. The report has also focused on the implementation plan of the
cafe Nora for increasing the alternatives of the management. The report has used the suitable
management plan and the recommendation which help the management practice as well as also
help in monitoring the implementation plan. The food safety is the first priority of the Nora cafe
and the management practice of the cafe has set as per the guidelines of the food safety
