INTRODUCTION
The food service is that field in the hospitality industry which make it a part of the service
sector raising need for an effective management in order to serve best service to their guest that
offer best experiences to the visitors. This study is concerned with a leading restaurant that is
situated in London (Slack, 2018).The chosen organization in this report is Ledbury that is
founded during 2005. this report will be based on the management aspect I the relation to smooth
and effective functioning of respective company. Organizational challenges are identified and the
betterment plan are also provided accordingly in order to make the changes and get over from all
challenges in a productive manner.

the employee's productivity. Management of the respective firm need to integrate their strategies
to make potential review of their service quality. This company uses some tool which are
mentioned below:

competencies and other strong aspects of their rivals restaurant. There they will become
able to look over their feasibility in order to incorporate them in operation, if possible, the
