Food service industry is related to making, selling, transporting prepared food outside the home,
manager of food industry is responsible for current practices and operation of restaurant and their
establishment.
In this report current food service management of Gloria restaurant of London is explained
which is an Italian restaurant and offer breakfast, lunch, dinner, brunch, after-hours and drinks in its
menu. The report also covers management practices of Gloria and its performance review techniques,
recommendation and proper implementation plans explained to avoid diversion occurring in
achievement of goal.

are accepted as superior to alternatives, in case of food service as Gloria certain practices can be
