 There have been certain

days to complete that resulted

appropriate specifications
 Appropriate budget estimation is quite essential to ensure project
success
 Change management should be implemented in a planned manner

 The suggestions that can be provided on basis of FTL project are as
follows-
 The Project should have considered more available resources
 Resource allocation should have been more accurate for this project
 It is suggested that change implementation of the project follows a
planned approach
 It is suggested that project should have a scope for incorporation of any
vital change during project implementation.
