Through academic investigation, I considered that main motive of the
every business in to conduct its business operations at global level for
enhancing growth of business. With the help of conducting literature
review, it set up new business model that emphasis on gaining more
profit through develop positive relationship with consumers. At end of
research, I decided to create new model by including strength of the
applied strategies n reliable way in context to overcome overall firm
costing. This project helped me in gaining effective idea for using the
better marketing tools in business for better development.

My experience was good while undertaking this project in better
manner. I was able to be cultivate different capabilities which are
beneficial for me. Other than this, I faced some problems which
hindrance my work while understanding project.
Under this, first issue is related to time. The time was not sufficient for
conducting this project due to the many factors included in it. For
example- Suppliers of FC Burger were less in France and they charge
more. If I would have proper time then I could able to search the proper
solution and find the right supplier which provide raw materials to me at
right cost and in right time.
The other issue is related to competitors as I was not able to search right
solution for my rivals. In France, there were many rivals available as I
was not properly analyse them. The main drawback of my business is
that I deal only one food item and one drink and people like the many
fast food items.
This whole investigation based on the Primary and Secondary Data. As
information collected for development of this investigation is based on

the Secondary and Primary Data. Different sources of collected the
primary information are interviews, surveys, observation etc. are not
sufficient for establishment of this project. In order to finish project,
proper knowledge about the area is required. For get over from this

I have the vast knowledge through my course which helped me in
completion of project in successful manner. There are several things
which was helpful me but there are some key areas mention below
which was able to be learn and explore more:
Business Plan: Main component of this project was to develop a plan
successfully. Theory was studied through me in course of my area but
never able to be uses in practical areas. While conducting this project, I
was able to learn the different things and also executed in outside world.
Communication: It is one of the necessary component that each
organisation use. The communication should be positive among
employer, employee and stakeholders. Better flow of the communication
can make environment of firm better and ineffective team disrupt
working. So, it is necessary for company to understand significance of
communication to success of business.
Managing Problems: It is necessary for business to realise that there
would be many problem arise every day which and to reduce them
minimum supervision is required. So, management should be focus on
determining problems and get the better solution of them.

different sources such as primary and secondary for getting the better
information. It will helped me in my MBA projects and also develop the
advantages for me conducting any project in future in an effective
manner. Under this, primary source has been used to collect new data
which are to be accumulated for fist time. In primary data, data has been
collected through knowledge about the perspective of local people in
France. On the other hand, secondary sources such as journals, articles,
books and internet sources are helpful in develop proper knowledge
about market.
In this present time period, different actionable aspects are in market
that impact on firm revenue because of the fluctuation of season and
reduce number of visitors. This specific project is based on the start up

effective knowledge of the business plan helped me in develop the
management skills which helped me in conduct my tasks easily.
Business development proposal represents an idea that there is nor any
type of strategy present at marketplace that can be effectively followed
through company to increase its business operations. After execution of
investigation, I realised that by strategies and methodologies attained by
the experience helps me in develop knowledge base in order to handle
business situations. Advantage of the business development plan can be
effectively understand through given examples:
For setting up the new business, main consideration of company is to
examine market situation and available strategies which already used
through competitors. As there is less time provided for developing the
business development proposal and it is not easy for me to collect the
more data from various sources. On the basis of my academic
knowledge which has been collect through me at the time of my MBA
course, I identified that data in context to the competition in market,
available resources and marketing strategies can be attained by
secondary sources under which the Porters five force model is an
effective tool for an industry analysis.
FC Burger is new start up business and its main focus on achieving
higher profit by providing the better quality of food items and services
as comparison to its competitors. Idea regarding set up a business in
