Introduction
Football is a famous game in which many sportspersons have shown their interest.
Football Queensland (FQ) is connected with the federation of international football
associations (FIFA). FQ is a well-known organization that is managed by the state and
federal government as well as Federation Australia (FFA). There are different types of people
in sports including umpire, women, semi-professionals, kids, and others. All those play a
proper role in communication in different actions. Besides, FQ is a non-for-profit firm, which
is running based on sponsorship, support, club registration fees, and membership.
The sport of Retention and Recruitment Strategies
The vision of the FQ is ‘Football in Queensland united. The game of choice, for all,
for life’. It is based to inspire people of queen land using football. The FQ has provided
opportunities for players of different positions, which are player, volunteer, referee, and
coach. There are many features of this club, which is helpful in the management of the
processes of sports. Most of the players have created their image from the such types of
platforms (footballqueensland, 2020).
FQ has faced issues with the retention and recruitment of various people in the
organization. Besides, the main goal of the FQ is enhancing athlete skills for improving their
performance to achieve their profession. The FQ has opened for all people of different ages
and gender. FQ has implemented a recovery program for players as well, which is beneficial
for the organization as well as players. It is the best place to grab the opportunity of playing
soccer as a player for the national and international levels.
Besides, there are many benefits to sports clubs in the development of children,
especially rugby. Moreover, basic processes can be improved using new straggles as well as
system theories. This club has provided support to low-income households to allow their
child.
There are many players, which have failed to achieve their target because of low
money and other issues. Thus, FQ has supported them to learn and archive their target in the
sports field. It is beneficial for their families as well. It is the first step to support them in
different ways. Moreover, it is the processes in which many changes have done by the
government as well (footballqueensland, 2020).

professional life. Moreover, basic needs can be fulfilled by the clubs for training as well.
There are various benefits of the club, which has enjoyed by the more than 70000 players and
volunteers.it will improve the basic need of a system as well (Syson, 2013).
Therefore, it is necessary to improve the basic need of the system, which is more
powerful and beneficial, as the sports industry has more commercialization, which has based
on the management of the system. Besides, environment analysis is necessary to develop a
better culture in the club. Moreover, the basic fundamental has used for improving the
performance of sportspersons using system theory and education (Appendix 1).
Moreover, basic processes can be used for managing all the processes. However,
many critical issues degrade the performance of players, which can be managed using basic
skill development. It is not normal to provide help in the case of injuries. Many players have
lost their dreams because of injuries. Thus, it is necessary to provide support for recovery for
injuries. Besides, basic needs can be fulfilled by the FQ, which has based on the communities
and other sources of earnings.
Furthermore, more than 80 % of children have participated between the age of 5-14
years old, which has required more support in terms of financial and emotional points of
view. Moreover, basic processes can be challenged using volunteers and earning as well. In
addition, retention of members is necessary for the FQ to manage all the processes. The FQ
has selected different methods for recruitment of volunteers and players (Appendix 2).
Moreover, players can register themselves using websites and other ways. It is the
basic need of the group as well. However, issues have faced by the players to choose their
basic needs for playing games. In addition, basic processes can be used for managing various
things in the club, which are important for the players and volunteers. However, basic needs
can be managed using fundraising processes by volunteers as well. Besides, many
sportspersons have managed using basic needs using this club as well. It can be a good place
to improve and develop different processes. Besides, basic things can be changed using new
features and training of players. In addition, people can express their love to improve their
playing.

Moreover, different types of firms have interested to continue helping processes.
Furthermore, many people have needed a platform to express their talent in front of national
and international processes. Most of the players have enjoyed this club activity, which is a
part of their career. FQ is a non-for-profit organization, which has work for players and it
gives a space to learn and improve the basic skills as well. Players can take different types of
opportunities in the games as well. It is necessary to improve the game as well. Most of the
sports systems have worked on this approach to improve the skills of players as well as
provide better facilities for career development. It is necessary to introduce new systems for
managing all the things. Moreover, players can join the club for getting different types of
opportunities in their field. It will be helpful in their career development as well (Appendix
2).
Conclusion
In conclusion, FQ has been successful in managing their sport processes for children
to play rugby. However, challenges have faced in the recovering of players as well as fund
collection. In addition, there are basic processes to earn funds for the club, which are helpful
in the career development of the various processes. Finally, there are many good efforts of
the FQ for players. Besides, there is some recommendation for the FQ committee for
applying systems theory to improve the number of volunteers.
