INTRODUCTION
Electronic Engineering Systems is used to describe those fundamental subjects of the principles
of the Electrical Engineering that is related to different kinds of discipline that is discovered into a
system.
This report discusses regarding the business process related to the Ford Motors Company. In the
part of this report it discusses regarding the changes in the requirements. It elaborates regarding the
change in the requirements of the project. It also describes the personal feedback regarding this project.
In part B of the assignment it discusses regarding the output of the part A.
PART A OF THE ASSIGNMENT
In case of changes in the projects that is related to the Electronics Systems Engineering refers to two
procedures. It includes the procedure of the change in continuous manner as well as the change in the
complexity of the project (Ford, 2019). The first one says that systems should be modified or its use will
be less. The second one says that by performing some changes the structure of electronic systems
become very hard to design; it requires several numbers of the resources that is necessary to make it
very much simple. Change in the projects of the Electronics Systems engineering describes huge number
of importance in area of construction of the digital devices. These projects have many changes due to the

technology and also the demand of the users. For this procedure the Meta model procedure is used. Ford

which, some of the car manufactured by Toyota was patented by Ford. Ford’s Escape Hybrid cars
introduced in 2004 was the first hybrid vehicle developed and it lasted as long as three generations with

Hence, from the project management it can be concluded that Ford is a multination
United State based company who mainly develop cars and make innovative technologies for cars which
make them sustainable in the market. Though it has been running successfully since the time it is
developed, it is facing some downfall in the statistics since the last few years. Thus, technologies are
implemented by the department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering for the developing competent
ideas which can benefit the organization. Some analysis are made regarding the some changes that are
proposed for the betterment of the company. These changes are quite necessary and are brought to
notice for the stakeholders and the company officials to see through it.
The stakeholders who are the main investors for the company, are presented with the necessary
changes for the company. The analysis is presented in such a way that it is convenient for a person to
understand the importance, reason of changing and the priority of required changed. The stakeholders
then either sanction the process or decline it according to the necessity.
Changes are required for any company to reach its zenith. Without improvisation and changes a
company cannot sustain. Thus collaboration with European company’s like the Wolksvogan has
previously benefited the company and may also help it in the near future. The company’s betterment and
improvisation in different sector may not only improve the production but also help in developing
