et al., 2015). The most significant internal factors who have an bearing on the project
management process is the senior level manager who have huge influence to manage the
resistances which crops up in this organization. Leadership qualities of the senior level
managers are very much significant to manage the variances of this organization. There
are diverse categories of project administration tools and methodologies which are
deployed in this organization to minimise the inconsistencies of the projects.
Other internals factors which have an impact on each of the projects are internal staffs of
this organization (Binder, 2016). The internal stakeholders includes the subject matter
experts who uses feedback for the deliverables of each of the projects. Prioritization of
each of the projects undertaken by this organization is significantly impacted due to the
diverse categories of interior and exterior factors. The execution of the project depends
upon the role of the project managers (Todorović et al., 2015). Time scheduling is one of
the most significant responsibility of projects managers and the success and failure of
each of the projects undertaken in this organization depends hugely on the role of the
project managers. At the same time, it can also be said that the governance boars is the
other internal factor in this organization who reviews the progress of each of the project
from the initiation phase to the final stage of the projects (Meredith et al., 2017).
