The importance of the foreign policies has always been one of the most crucial aspects of
tackling the issues against the war on terror in the United States of America in the year 2001 on
11th September. In this essay, the foreign policies of the country will be reviewed so the best
ways to tackle the terrorist activities can be explored properly.
The call against the terrorist attacks has been one of the sternest decisions made by the
government of the United States. The counter terrorism in the United States has always been the
main focus so they could cope up with the challenges that the entire world has been facing. It is
true that the terrorist attack in the United States on 9/11 was an indelible mark in the history of
the country (Foner: 678). President George W. Bush has always been against the terror attacks in
the world and after that incident he was very much furious on the terrorist group AL Qaeda as
well. When Bush joined the office, he clearly said that all the civilian casualties will be treated
properly and also he ordered everyone to use the force if the case was necessary (Moens: 27).
After the incident that took place in the year 2001, United States was very much rampant
in launching the attacks on the terrorist groups. After the attacks on the United States, many
other nations had been attacked as well. A problem that has haunted the United States over the
years is the problem regarding inequality (Foner: 678). This is why presidents like Bush and
Obama has always tried their best efforts so they could take proper steps to eradicate these types
of evils from the society. Numerous black people had been killed in the United States because of
the racism. However, the USA government has realized the fact that they should really care for
the people. Thus these policies needed to be changed and they looked to implement some
strategies by which all the black people could be enhanced with job opportunities and
opportunities in education and health (Moens: 27). Thus, they will be able to fight against
terrorism together. Many black people nowadays get their recruitment in the United States
