INTRODUCTION
The skills which are learned from being involved in a particular task is said to be the
learning skills. In this project the reflective analysis on the key skill that have been learned in the
classes. This project is used to effectively analyse the key skills which are including
communication, team management and problem solving skills which are learned as a part of the
development program.
MAIN BODY
Communication skills
From the attended assessments I have been able to develop my communicational skills
both verbal and written from the activities in the class. In the starting of the weeks there were
live sessions in which the sessions were I was able to have direct interactions with my tutor that
allowed me to develop effective internation with the tutor and also my class mates. This is the
best way in which an individual can improve the communicational skills. As I was the part of
classes in which I held live sessions I was able to develop skills such as,
Active listening
Asking for clarification
Asking open-ended questions for gaining insights
Recognizing and responding to non-verbal cues
Speaking with clear and cohesiveness
Utilization of Humour for understanding and engaging the audience.
Apart from the verbal skills which were developed due to the weekly classes I held, I was
also able to develop the writing skills from the start of the practice sessions which began from
the 5th week. Since, then the have been able to develop an attentive session which has been
influenced with the development of the management of the business operations. The practising in
this week involved writing of different assignments and projects which were related to the topic
of macro and micro factors of economy (Escobar-Mamani and Gómez-Arteta, 2020). I also
wrote multiple assignments on the decision-making process and also the strategic management

Numeracy skills
Numeracy is the ability which helps a person for recognition and application of maths
and concept in all the areas of the life (Hasanah and Malik, 2020). These skills involve
understanding of numbers, counting, solving numbers problems, measuring, estimating and
noticing the patterns of the adding and subtracting numbers. I have been able to develop these
skills from the weeks in which I was required to use the following skills in the assessments. In
those assessments which were the part of the weeks I was required to develop a distinctive
analysis of understanding the problems which were specifically mathematical in nature.
Utilization of the mathematical concepts in the description of the what is done by the
children and witnessing the what is done by them is considered to be the factors which can
influence the learned to develop the understanding of the mathematical solutions to the problems.
As I already had the basic knowledge about the numbers and certain calculations. All I needed to
learn was the budgeting skills which I practice as a part of the different assessments I made. In
those assessments I had to write the interpretation which was considered to be the influencing
decision made by the mathematical evidence which was made from the operations of the
organization. These assessments helped me with measurement of the and understanding the use
of these skills in the analytical data representations which are very important for me to complete
my assessments.
ICT skills
These skills are about the understanding the application of different range of computer
programmes, software and other application (Masats and Guerrero, 2018). Most of these skills
are about utilization of the different software for processing, spreadsheets, databases, power
points and search engines. In the current times the development of these skills are very essential
for multiple purposes. I have been able to develop important information and communication
technology. As the use of these technologies has been increasing at an alarming rate the business
has been able to develop key strategies for meeting the stakeholders and experts for working in
the field of emerging technologies related to the human individual development. I had to use all
the related software for my studies during the week.

know and understand my team members.
Storming Stage :
This was the stage in which the team started to work together in and started collaborating
with each other. This stage was the one where I develop strong relations with my team members.
Norming Stage :
In this stage the process and procedures of the different development strategies were
highlighted. In this stage I was having the fear of losing the strong bond which was developed
during the work did by the individual together.
Performing stage :
It is the stage were the team members show their ultimate performance in which they are
able to complete their work on time.
Adjourning Stage :
It was the stage in which my team got dissolved as it was the end of the learning weeks,
and we had already completed all out assignments. This journey which went through different
stages of development was the way in which I developed team work.
