INTRODUCTION
Driverless cars are one of the latest emerging
trends in Information Technology.
These cars work without human interaction
through a central computer system.
These cars have sensors which are used to
sense all the movement around it and maintain
its speed, breaking and steering accordingly

DESCRIPTION
These driverless cars are designed with some inbuilt technology which helps in controlling it
and has helped in reduction of road accidents as well.
These consist of various sensors such as: Radar sensor, Video cameras, lidar and sonic
sensors. All these sensors are managed and controlled by central computer system which takes
input from these sensors, control, manage and take decision related to speeding, breaking and
managing Steering accordingly.
These cars are helpful in many ways such as it has helped in reduction of accidents, reduce
emission of harmful gases such as Carbon dioxide, nitrogen dioxide etc.
These cars can help their passengers to reach their desired destination on time and easily
without getting lost.

As these cars use electricity as a source of power,
which eventually has helped in reduction of pollution.
Today many companies like transportation companies
are using these driverless cars in their business as it
reduces the cost of operating as well as reduces
drivers cost.
Today many companies in automobile industry are
focusing on manufacturing these kinds of driverless
cars in order to boost their business in terms of
revenue, profit etc.

ETHICAL ISSUES
Use of these driverless cars are creating some ethical issues such as:
Owners information as well as their location can be easily tracked with the
help of pre-installed GPS system.
Through which both the manufacturing and insurance company will be
able to access cars location anytime they want.
This has created an ethical issue of invading in an individuals' privacy.
