Analysis of appealing factors of leading destination will help in developing critical understanding over place and its
influence on tourist. The appeal of France of will be evaluate by analysing 4 factors which are as follows:
Political: The government of France is highly centralized and the country has high administrative control. The debt
of government of France has increased to 90 % of its gross domestic product. The structure of country is dictating
and have strict control of rules and regulation.
Economic: Strong control of heavy taxes on spending of people to manage expense of state on development
projects. In accordance with this, it is outline that public expenditure reached 56 % on GDP. The country has
developed industries like, electronics, machineries, auto-mobiles, etc.
Social: The country is socially stable and people have quality of life which denotes support by country to
immigrants.
Physical: The country has developed infrastructure that is have appropriate sanitation facility, appropriate transport
network and standard of living. However, France is known for densest networks in the world with 146 km of road
and 6.2 km of rail lines per 100 km2.

Appealing factors of country helps in deriving development and developing areas of region. The analysis of four factors
are as follows:
Political: Mexico has control of federal government with the oldest functioning legislative assembly. The
unemployment rate of country is 8 % and since 2003 there is huge gap between rich and poor people of country.
Social: The residents are free to enjoy any religion with freedom. On the other hand as per 30000 people 9 % of
population is below poverty line and is caused by geographic, political and individual factors.
Economic: The economy of Mexico is highly volatile and is small where gross domestic growth rate of country is
3.6 % and changes annually. The country is driven by exports and major exported goods are aluminium, machinery,
electronic, etc.
Physical: The country is industrial economy which promotes construction of rail line, energy plants, roads and
therefore is considered as modern industrial economy. The support from energy sources is the major growth factors
for manufacturing industries of Mexico.

Destination (product life cycle): Mexico is rapidly growing travel destination of 2016-17
whereas France is already on leading position and is famous for its passion for food,
cheese and wine. It can be said that both the tourist destination are modern and historical.
Cultural attraction: The country offers' opportunity to explore Cancun, Riviera Maya,
Cozumel. On the other hand, Disney land, The Eiffel Tower, The Louvre are the most
visited tourist destination of France and are considered as famous cultural attraction.
