Overview
I have reviewed critically that the law of Australia has not impose a maximum as well as
minimum term. I got to know that franchisee agreement refers the rights and obligations not only
for single parties but also for both parties. I have found that the procedure of system of
franchising exists in a number of sectors of industry. I have found that the franchising has a
significant impact on the local businesses of Australia. Along with that, I have understood the
meaning of franchising in-depth manner and I have learnt that franchising is promoted as being
less risky which is alternatively to independent small businesses. The idea of franchising in
Australia is reaching its saturation stage and embraces its very own in the latest amending
economy followed by the end of the boom in mining.
Effectiveness and usefulness of learning program
There is a lot of effectiveness and usefulness of learning program as it provided me better
understanding about the concept of franchising. I have observed that the impact of franchising
for small business is huge as it helps to attain the objective of the business in clear and concise
way. Along with that there is number of resources that scare and agency theory provides proper
advice number of benefits too many franchised company. I have realized after researching that
small business has to face number of challenges in amending their concept of the business into a
franchise operation in an effective manner. The learning process is enabled me to understand that
not only Australia but also all nations pay a lot of importance to the business who has adopted
franchisee. It is because of its huge importance that supports the local economy by making the
job and payment of the taxes (Croonen, Grünhagen and Wollan, 2016). However, the franchising
system in Australia’s small business is becoming a boon but I have observed that there is a need
for regulations, educations and choosing right territory.
Included point in the learning process
In this course, I have analyzed that the entire sales turnover has risen to some level and creating
more permanent along with full-time work. There is a number of franchisors that are forecasting
this expansion in franchised number over next one year. Along with that, I learnt that brands
among franchise format are integrating along with consolidating for remaining sustainable and to

improve (Nyadzayo, Matanda, and Rajaguru, 2017). I have observed that there is a number of
brands that are denying, the structure of single franchise is developing internally as well as the
gentle rise in the number of franchise units. There are a number of organizations that are
advantageous through franchising. I have learnt that the role of franchising increases the
employment in Australia that being the cause of the growth of the economy. This learning
experience will help me to in my future career regarding the understanding about the franchising.
I have understood that the perception of Australia is quite different from the New Zealand
perception. The regulation should be made according to my perception which discourage scam
merchant franchisors and developed huge confidence among potential franchisees. Along with
that I have seen that it created effective and stronger relationships at every stage and led to less
issues or conflicts. I have found that the system of Franchise constant to examine new ideas and
technologies which offer the better quality of the products to the customers in a significant
manner (Leong, 2015).
Learning process
The qualitative and quantitative methods have been considered to gather the information that
increases my learning towards collecting the data in more significant manner. I have understood
that there are many approaches and strategies from which the data can be collected in more
significant manner (Lewis, 2015). According to my point of view, there is no statistical evidence
to prove that regulations have influences upon the growth of the sector. With the help of research
techniques, I have observed that the small size of franchisors of New Zealand is
disproportionately disadvantaged in comparison to large Australian franchisors. The interview
has been conducted to get information regarding the research issues and I have observed that the
variables in the research are depending on age, the gender of the respondents. I have understood
that data can be analyzed in the more efficient manner by taking various approaches to analysis.
Along with that, there is a questionnaire has been prepared for the research issues and sent it to
participants through email. I have found that there is a proper technique of evaluation of the
responses of the respondents in which the Microsoft Excel with the SPSS versions of 17 data
analysis software is being used. The descriptive statics approaches are considered under these
researches which help me to understand the new tool to analyze the data in a more significant
manner (Croonen, Brand and Huizingh, 2016).

Role of business research in the learning process
The role of business research was huge in my research learning process as it assists me to
understand the concept of franchising in Australian businesses. I observed that it aided me to
realize that how the data can be accumulated with an efficient manner with taking various
approaches and strategies of research. There are various organizations in Australia that are
getting huge benefits due to franchising as they can build the distinct image amongst its
competitors as well as the satisfaction of the customers. It has been found from the previous
study that franchising should be done in a more efficient manner with taking help of strict
regulations of the country (Clibborn, and Wright, 2018).
Explanation of learning process
Previous assignments are being made for the purpose of getting a better understanding of
franchising. The first assignment insights me to understand the role of franchising in the
businesses of Australia as a huge number of people are directly component of employment in
business based franchising in the place such as Australia and continuously rising now to reach
around 470,000 casual as well as part-time workforces. I have analyzed according to the record
noted under the Franchising Australia 2016 research that the practice of franchising is
continuously supported (Ng, Coghill, Thornton‐Smith, and Poblet, 2017).
Explanation of the plan
This learning will be facilitated me to apply in the future to enhance the knowledge about the use
of franchising in a variety of organizations so that they can catch the attention of a number of
customers in an effective manner and increase the employment within the country. I enhanced
my knowledge towards the statistical tools which is needed for the research to get valid
outcomes. I found that questionnaire has implication force over the research that helps in getting
responses from a number of respondents in a different manner. I have observed that this kind of
business has negative influence that can bring the adverse situation not for the operation of the
company but also for the country. According to me, the franchised organizations are needed to
deem effective stricture of working of the business in which more business can understand the
importance of Franchising in the business.
