I have reviewed critically that the law of Australia has not impose a maximum as well as
minimum term. I got to know that franchisee agreement refers the rights and obligations not only
for single parties but also for both parties. I have found that the procedure of system of
franchising exists in a number of sectors of industry. I have found that the franchising has a
significant impact on the local businesses of Australia. Along with that, I have understood the
meaning of franchising in-depth manner and I have learnt that franchising is promoted as being
less risky which is alternatively to independent small businesses. The idea of franchising in
Australia is reaching its saturation stage and embraces its very own in the latest amending
economy followed by the end of the boom in mining.

There is a lot of effectiveness and usefulness of learning program as it provided me better
understanding about the concept of franchising. I have observed that the impact of franchising
for small business is huge as it helps to attain the objective of the business in clear and concise
way. Along with that there is number of resources that scare and agency theory provides proper
advice number of benefits too many franchised company. I have realized after researching that
small business has to face number of challenges in amending their concept of the business into a
franchise operation in an effective manner. The learning process is enabled me to understand that
not only Australia but also all nations pay a lot of importance to the business who has adopted
franchisee. It is because of its huge importance that supports the local economy by making the
job and payment of the taxes (Croonen, Grünhagen and Wollan, 2016). However, the franchising
system in Australia’s small business is becoming a boon but I have observed that there is a need

that data can be analyzed in the more efficient manner by taking various approaches to analysis.
Along with that, there is a questionnaire has been prepared for the research issues and sent it to
participants through email. I have found that there is a proper technique of evaluation of the
responses of the respondents in which the Microsoft Excel with the SPSS versions of 17 data
analysis software is being used. The descriptive statics approaches are considered under these
researches which help me to understand the new tool to analyze the data in a more significant
manner (Croonen, Brand and Huizingh, 2016).
