INTRODUCTION
Management thinker refers to the one who provides the concepts and theories about the
management and leadership which helps in the planning, organizing as well as staffing. The
organization which is mention in this report is Amazon, the report is based on the Management
thinker who plays a key role in staffing and organizing. The current study will include one
management thinker who provided the fundamental theories as well as concepts. Further, the
study will include the proper concept which relates with the management thinker in the real

The key management thinker which is identified is Frederick Winslow Taylor, who was
the first man in the history who provided the better observation on the systematic way of using
the theories and concepts which are presented towards the management and leadership. He was
known as the greatest mechanical engineer in the British America. Taylor was the one who
avoided attending his studies and became a better pattern-maker as well the machinist, who
gained the experiences about the hydraulic works in the pump manufacture company where the
proprietors are known as the friends of the Taylor's family.

Sambo, 2020). Whereas, Taylor has finished its machinists for four years and became a labourer
at the machine shop which is known as the Steel works. After a several jobs and his master’s
degree Taylor become a chief engineer at the mechanical engineering company. In the 1890,
Taylor has become a general manager at the manufacturing investment company which helps
him to grow very fast in the current changing era. He became an independent consulting engineer
at the management in 1893 where he shows up his skills which are eventually management
related and creating a huge impact on the Taylor's career as well. In the 1898 Taylor has joined
steel company where it solves the expensive machine capacity problems. After discording from

made him a failure one time. But after fired from the job Taylor convinced his workers who use
the shovels and knows about the optimum of use of the shovels as he determined the elements
which needed to be use in the shovels and helps to implemented his ideas.
