1. Project Description
1.1 Opportunity/Problem
For many Australians, they face threat including natural disasters that includes cyclones,
storms and bushfires. These threats leads to destruction of homes and the properties that leaves
the families homeless. There is a need for the free laundry service for the people who are
homeless. The clothes of the homelessness is to be washed by this laundry service.
The stakeholders of the project are the associated members of the group who will provide
the laundry service, the sponsors who provide fund for the organization, the homeless people and
the government who gets profit from the project.
The project is targeted to the marginalized as well as the homeless people of Queensland.
There is a homeless crisis for the people of Queensland and those people needs laundry service
to clean their clothes. Free laundry service is to be provided to them so that they can wear clean
cloths.
1.2 Proposed Project
The project that is described in this proposal states of implementing a free laundry service
to the people of Queensland who are homeless and are need of help. They will get a free laundry
service that might help the homelessness to get cleaned clothes. The proposed project will have

laundry cars with machines implemented in them. The car will move from place to place and will
stop at certain points for cleaning the cloths of the homeless people. The washing process will
take an hour for completing the total process including the cleaning process and the drying
process.
