Research aim objective and research question
In today’s high competitive market, doing business in joint partnership serves many
purposes like sharing of responsibilities and sharing the profit and most importantly the loss
that might be incurred by the organization. Apart from that the organizations can use the
reputation of the partner organization by getting engaged in joint venture. The study of
partnerships in doing business has thus become the matter of interest for many research
scholars (Kovner & Brewer, 2016). The main purpose of this paper is to highlight the fact
that how frictions or clash of opinions can take place in a business run by a partnership. It can
be said that, an organization’s future depends on the partners or stakeholders increases the
rate of conflicts among the other stakeholders. The other partners might feel insecure by this
kind of action. For many organizations, it might appear difficult to manage a successful joint
venture s, and it is a well-known truth that in most cases when the business starts facing any
kind of oddities, the partnership does not work out due to many reasons and the primary
reason behind it is lack of trust among the partners. This research proposal indicates that a
particular company’s dependence on some specific stakeholders increases the conflicts
between the stakeholders and it is seen that asymmetric dependent relation between the
organization and a particular stakeholder are the most dysfunctional thing that can ever
happen to a business organization. In some cases, the asymmetric dependent relationship
between the organization and some of its stakeholders influences the inter-organizational
trust and the norms of fair exchange. A good relationship between the stakeholders increases
the relation between them and frictions between them would lower down the reputation and
the inter-organizational trust. The main motto of this paper is to highlight the basic reasons
behind the conflicts that can arise between the stakeholders of the organizations. In today’s
highly competitive market, it is seen how the organizations climb up the ladder of success

with successful partnerships between the stakeholders and on the other hand, it is seen how
some renowned organizations are shut down doe to the various issues between the
stakeholders of the organization. Thus, the main question for this research proposal would be
that, what are the possible issues that creates conflicts between the partners of any business
organization.

The objective of the research is to find out
I) How the differences in opinion lead to conflict among the basic changes
II) How the individual leadership traits bring interpretive conflict between two or
more organizational partners
III) How the staff orientation process would lead to the business conflict
Research Question:

i) What are the possible issues that create conflicts between the partners of any
business organization?
ii) How does human resource management and leadership quality resolve the conflict
between the business partners?
