Business consulting is an activity that has been performed by business consultants that are

improving companies operations by assessing their weaknesses as well as propose effectual
business solutions (Carbajal Burgos and et.al., 2020). This report will elaborate the concepts by
taking two organizations such as LSST and FSB into consideration. The study will highlight the
problems faced by the clients, present areas of importance to the client such as target customer
market, competitors along with influencing factors from external environment. Apart from these,
the information will also gathered related to the top three issues faced by the client.

The clients that have been identified are FSB and LSST who are facing individual issues.
This study is about analysing the problems which is one of the effective ways to find out the
solution to the issues. Project A is related to the decision which has been taken by FSB which is
namely as Fairfield School of Business in order to launch a new course in the academic portfolio
of the establishment. Their primary aim is to launch a portfolio which ensures that the
professional knowledge on human resource has been developed. The business problem that has
been faced by the FSB is about the new course which has been launched by HR as this is one of
the most significant aspects among the modern workforce (Savchuk, 2018). In order to make the
whole course beneficial and effective enough FSB will have to make sure that it has the ability to
attract more and more students which can only be done by recruiting staff members. The
availability and choice of staff are among the most important aspect within the FSB now. This
problem has been generated because the FSB wants to recruit right type of candidates within
their organization.
Project B is related to the LSST which refers to London School of Science and Technology
who are facing problems that are related to the marketing department of the establishment. The
problems have been generated because of the lack of skills and experienced academicians within
the organization (Rue, Ibrahim and Byars, 2019). Another most significant factor that generates
issues is related to the recruitment of high profile staff members within the establishment. This
