Introduction
Fuellies is an Australian Company that is owned by Woolnorth Limited. The company owns
numerous petrol shares in Australia and currently captures only 20% of the market. The
company has decided to carry out the business applications to improve upon its business
performance and have competitive edge in the market.
Tasks & Activities
There will be numerous tasks involved in the project timeline. These tasks have been allotted
in four broad phases (Ibrahim Alzoubi, Qumer Gill and Al-Ani, 2015). Each of these phases

Fuellies – Project Management
Approaches
The management of the project activities will be done using Project Management Body of
Knowledge (PMBoK) as the approach. The management will be done in the phases as
initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure (Rose, 2013).
The development approach that will be used in the project will be the agile methodology for
project development (Kruchten, 2011). According to this approach, the entire development
process will run in a series of sprints and the customers will be collaborated at the end of each
sprint. This will provide an overview of the customer choices and preferences. The end-
product will be in accordance with the customer demands (Paasivaara and Lassenius, 2012).
Deliverables
There will be various deliverables provided by the project team members.
 Project Plan: This document will provide a detailed description of the project planning
and analysis activities, approach, and estimate (Bannazadeh, Zomorodian and
Maghareh, 2013).

 Application Design: The design diagrams and UI aspects will be delivered.
 Working-sets: These will be delivered at the end of each sprint.
 Source Code: The integrated code will be delivered for the application being
developed.
 Progress Reports: The reports will be delivered on a weekly basis to provide updates
on the project progress.
 Completion Report: This will be the final deliverable of the project that will cover the
information on the project processes carried out along with the details of the
improvement areas that could have been made (Hoda, Noble and Marshall, 2012).
