The Baumgartner’s view on efficiency strategy is evident through the practices that are
being undertaken by Fuji Xerox through the events and the functioning of the organization in
the Australian markets. The major aspect of the change that is being undertaken by the
organization is based on the understanding of the different aspects of the sustainability in order
to influence the strategies that are being formed by the organization. The proper identification of
the different factors of the change is based on the understanding of the applicability of the CSR
strategies that has helped the organization in making its progress in the Australian markets.
The development of the functioning of the organization is clearly based on the different
aspects of the sustainability of the organization in the market. On the other hands, the centre has
taken steps to recycle the spare parts, which accounts to the reduction of wastes for some 80%.
The different aspect of the change that is undertaken by the business is dependent on
understanding of the eco-centric.
In my organization, I too can take steps to recycle the most required parts, which are
required by the different organizations. The parts otherwise would have been dumped and
destroyed. The reduce-reuse-recycle motto of the organization has helped me in maintaining the
sustainable approach of the organization in the market.

The organizational strategy is based on the understanding of the steps that are being
undertaken by the same. The set of actions that are undertaken by the organization helps in
facilitating the long term objectives of the same and the improvements in the market situation.
The differentiation strategy that helps a company to differentiate between their product
offerings and that being offered by the competitors in the market. Focus strategy helps in
determining the major aspects of the product cost and differentiation. The cost-leadership
strategy helps the organization in retaining the customers of the organization through
modifications in the price. Technological advancements made by the organization help the same
in maintaining the sustenance of the organization in the market.
The sustainability of the organization is based on the different aspects of the change in
the functionality and the heritage of the organization in the market. The major aspects of the
sustenance is based on the understanding of the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) of the
organization (Vanpoucke, Vereecke & Wetzels, 2014).
The two approaches that the organizations might take in order to make the society
sustainable are through the reduction of the carbon emissions in the atmosphere and the
introduction of proper waste management practices.
The incorporation of the sustainability principles affects the four generic levels of
strategies through the enhancement of the practices and the improvements in the CSR of the
organization, which will bring in goodwill of the organization in the market (Ageron,
Gunasekaran & Spalanzani, 2012).

The phases model of the sustainable business behavior is based on the understanding of
the determination of the risk reduction procedures through the corrective measures taken by the
organization to lower the emissions and the wastes in the atmosphere.
