INTRODUCTION
Community engagement is the process of involving all the members of the community for
their welfare. It is a strategic process that has purpose of working within the groups and
satisfying the needs and wants of all the stakeholders (Cherrington and et.al., 2019). The problem
of the members is being identified and the work is done according to the special interest for
achieving the target of their well being. The purpose of community engagement is to insuring
that all the team members have access to value social settings and activities and able to get a
meaningful position in the society. This report is based on Fujitsu that is a sustainable
organisation in UK. They work to satisfy the needs and wants of all the people who are in need.
They have their own objectives that help them to attend effective position. There is evaluation
related to the human and material uses that are being used by community. The community
engagement activity helps them to provide better services to their members. The role of
community engagement in the business is also evaluated. In the end of this report the way of
acquiring identified skills is also mentioned

make its use in appropriate manner. They carry on regular research so that better solution to
problems are attained. All the challenges are being solved in effective manner. The community
works to encourage students to carry on better education at each and every level. This makes
them efficient and get more employment opportunities. There is need of providing economic and
social issues by creating values so that young people get better employment. Practical skills and
support is being provided to the community members. The charity is being provided to promote
better situation and help all the people.
