From now on, the separate strategy made by me played an important role in helping me address
my weaknesses and also in improving my strength to achieve a company objective efficiently
and quickly inside the specified time era.
CONCLUSION
In the end of this report, it has been concluded that employability capabilities and
profession growth is consider to be the most important part that help an individual to perform in
desired manner. With the help of CPD individual is able to develop different action plan to
improve the skills that are lacking behind. PPD strategy and company minutes meeting help to
encourage workers in their corresponding job positions to grow and learn valuable skills to
enhance their results. Company meetings are held to provide participants and executives of the
organization with clear aims and goals.
