REFLECTION PIECE
Understanding of learning process.
After reading the applied course “Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship”, I got to know
about the term of entrepreneur and entrepreneurship. This course helped me to gain knowledge
in the field of entrepreneurship. It also helped in understand the difference between manager,
entrepreneur and leader whose goals are same. It also helped me to acquire the knowledge about
the types of entrepreneurship which lead me to understand the trends of entrepreneurship, their
ways of thinking and behaving which play an important role in the success of entrepreneurship.
Along with this, it also taught me that there are a lot of risks associated with it which must be
mitigated by entrepreneur and their team as soon as possible so that business can run smoothly
without any loss. During the learning process, my strength is I am good at notes making which
lead me to prepare the notes related to the book and this helped me to learn this course in better
way. My weakness is that if there is something, I don't understand, so I would not go further until
I won't understand the whole concept properly. This lead me to waste a lot of time and efforts
and made my reading process slow. In this course, I liked chapter 2 whose name is Technology
and Entrepreneurship as I am very fond of technology. Along with this, I got to know so much
more about the strategies which is being adopted by the entrepreneurs for the purpose of making
their entrepreneurship successful.
Describe your journey and your experience
After participating in course of “Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship”, I increased my
ability of think creative and also “Because it fits in perfectly with my career aims”. This
knowledge help me that I am able to solve the difficulty problem. My journey and experience
when I acquire the knowledge of entrepreneur Is amazing. The journey was so memorable for me
because I learned many things. This course was about entrepreneurship. Our teacher was so
knowledgeable. He not only was excellent in all the related materials and backgrounds but also
could apply the various theory to the real-life events in flexible. In addition, I learned many
things as how to make the creative products which easily attract the people, which made us better
understand the relevant theories as well. The most impressive thing during the journey is that
difficult task and different activity which distributed in different group for the specific time. This
activity helps me that I am able to manage my work timely also I am able to making the best
decision related to the work. Further, for me was that teacher would keep asking questions to let

us think deeply until we found out the real result. I have learned that ethical entrepreneur is also
one of the important aspect of entrepreneur skills. However, my introvert behaviour can act as
challenge for achieving this goal.

In my opinion I have some strengths which makes me highly suitable for grooming
myself as successful entrepreneurs. I have been very creative and innovative and this personal
trait help me in identifying various opportunities for my personal and professional development.
After participating in the course I realized that as an entrepreneur innovation and identification of
opportunities is highly essential. However, I have not been much good at leadership because I
never got such opportunities and due to introvert personality I never approach to any such
opportunity. After understanding the basic concept and principles of leadership and its role in
entrepreneurship I gained more confidence and motivation to develop my leadership skill. With
the acquired knowledge I will aim at exploring my leadership abilities so that I can perform with
excellence in entrepreneur culture. On the basis of my learning from the course I can conclude
that I have potential to be a successful entrepreneur but I must improve some of my skills. For
instance, I have learned that social entrepreneur is also one of the important aspect of
entrepreneur skills. However, my introvert behaviour can act as challenge for achieving this goal.
The learning of various business concepts, exit strategies, innovations and other characteristics of
entrepreneurship can assist me in my successful personal development as an entrepreneur. The
learning has also been valuable for me in terms of understanding various challenges and
difficulties faced by the entrepreneurs so that I can overcome them.
Goals achieved or not
With the completion of reading this book, there were several goals which I wanted to
achieve . With the reading of this book, I get to have the clear idea of what are entrepreneur are
and hoe the development of the business will take place. I want to have the clear idea for the
development of business along with clear business and stakeholders. In course of completion of
book my command over the corporate language and the different terminologies became more
clear. There are clear development of my vision and mission regarding how to processed towards
the goals of my life to became a successful entrepreneur. Reading the book makes my speaking
skill more improve as the command over language and the communication skill is developed. It
boost my self esteem and self confidence to get motivated . Some of goals that is not is achieved
is the analysis the risk that is development in setting up the business in future. I want to

understand the monitoring and evaluation process to achieve my success regarding the
development of business in the longer run. I want to read many more books related to the
entrepreneurship development so that more and more critical evaluation of the step to be
successful entrepreneur can be development and analysis. As each of the entrepreneur has chosen
different innovative ways to became successful in this corporate and competitive world. I want to
perform the various activities and critically examine the different views of different entrepreneur
and became successful is establishing the business.
