Introduction
Presemt project plan is based on an instructive advancement noble cause works with
partners in East Africa to reserve and construct innovation schools for distraught kids. The
foundation has as of late amassed adequate funding to develop an innovative school in Kampala,
Uganda.

Project Phases
Initial phase (Project Initiation (Activity 1)):
This is considered to be the first stage where, identification of the required resources,
shipping of all the necessary hardware and blue print of the overall project will be developed.
Also, it has been found that Charity work has some of the requirements that will be implemented
like all the activities class room projector (Roth Jr, Kinney and John, 2020). Also, another
element that came in front was that the school will be requiring to come up with 25 fixed
Computer systems in every single class some details are like 17 inch screen, mouse and keyboard
as well. Also, some other details that came in front of the project was that, it will be requiring
some software and internet related details and some of these are: Mozilla Firefox, Open Office,
GIMP, Adobe PDF Reader. Notepad++, and lastly FileZilla. Also, some other elements like
router, LAN cables and other are also going to be shipped as school requires every single
computer to get connected with LAN system via appropriate Ethernet technology. All these
activities will be done from starting of January 5th (2021) and this stage will finish in 25 days i.e.
January 30th 2021.
Second phase (Project Planning (Activity 2)):
This is the second stage which will began on January 30th 2021 and will finish within 29
days February 28th 2021. This is where planning is going to take place where, a number of tasks
will be done by project manager where budget will be prepared. Basically, this is the phase
where project manager will be implementing different elements like LAN and also every study
hall is to be associated with PCs and they will be running on Windows 10 working framework.
The school server should run on Windows Server 2012.
Third phase (Project Execution (Activity 3)): This is going to be the third phase where most of
the activities will be executed like the whole planning and identification of different

requirements will be brought in real time. Here, it is said that project manager of this phase will
effectively deliver all the exection relared process from February 28th to May 31st, 2021.
Fourth phase (Project Monitoring and controlling (Activity 4)): Fourth stage where,
different elements like Administration staff need to be trained in network administration will be
given to every single individual who is connected with School and it will start from May 31st and
will end on June 30th 2021 (Stark, 2020).
Fifth phase (Project Closure (Activity 5)): This is going to be the last stage of overall
project, where project manager will Students and staff will require a set unique credentials to
access the school network and other elements so that every has appropriate knowledge of how
systems will be working and how they can transfer different files, develop presentations and how
effectively they can fix some different elements if any situation would take place. And this will
be started from June 30th and will end on July 5th of 2021.

Conclusion
