INTRODUCTION
Reflective learning is the form of learning in which the students reflects upon the learning
experience which they achieved. Evaluation of learning which is being achieved within module
is being in this report. With that analysis of the effectiveness of feedbacks which was being
receives is also being evaluated within report.
1: Learning within the module
During this module and the seminar I have learned new ways through which I can improvise my
working capability by analysing the working procedure. Then identifying the weak sections
which are affecting the overall working by which I can make concentrated efforts for the
achievement of a desired target. This is important because, with the changing condition
complexities also tend to be increasing due to which I had to improve my command and
understanding on the core concepts. Through which I can make sure that specific segmented
problems can be identified and consecutive chain reaction issues can be neglected. Through these
efficient commands over the environmental analysis I am able to improve my leadership style by
which my performance and level of contribution within the group activities will also be increased
(Cathro, O’Kane and Gilbertson, 2017). Since I am able to segregate the level of effort and
contribution which is required for the achievement of a desired target my decision making
capabilities will also be increased. Apart from that I have to also achieved my knowledge and
understanding upon SWOT and PESTLE analysis by which I can improve my performance in
the module and also have been able to identify the work required for an organization for the
achievement of a desired target. With that I have also being able to evaluate the external
elements present in the external environment of the company and on that basis I am able to
develop appropriate steps which can be taken to overcome a problem. The module and seminar
also empowered me to self-evaluate my performance in terms of following the developed
working capability through which I can make appropriate improvisations in my working which is
being required for achieving a desired target.
2: Effectiveness of the feedback in identifying the strengths
Module was an effective way for analysing the effectiveness of learning of new skills and talents.
The feedback which were being received by me, have helped me in evaluating overall work

productivity and also showcased me the strengths and weaknesses which I am having. Following
are my personal strengths and weaknesses.
Personal strengths- During this seminar and module I have being able to identify that I am
having an efficient understanding to core concepts of module and am able to identify the ways
through which my learning can be implemented on the ground level. Due to which the module
has helped me in analysing the effectiveness of my understanding of the core concepts. Through
this effectiveness of evaluating the core concepts the module has showcased the efficient
learning capabilities which will be highly beneficial for me in terms of learning new skills which
will provide high amount of returns for the level of investments which I tend to do for the
achievement of a desired target.
Self weaknesses- The module has showcased several factors which have to be improved, these
factors contains elements like lack of research (Díaz-Iso, Eizaguirre and García-Olalla, 2019).
Due to which I was not being able to identify the prime factors behind the activities through
which I can efficiently implement the theoretical knowledge and understanding on the physical
ground level. Apart from that it was also identified that even though I am having an efficient
learning capability but still often tend to face limitations in levels of implementing dedicated
concentrated continuous efforts for the achievement of a desired target.
Personal SWOT analysis
Strength- I am having a proper understanding about the core concepts and my capability to learn
new skills motivate me to improve my performance beyond my expectations. Through this
approach I tend to make sure that I am able to make concentrated efforts for the goal
achievement.
Weakness- I have also identified that I still have to establish more efforts for improving my
knowledge base so that I can achieve clear concepts and fulfil all the misunderstandings about
several upcoming additional elements which make their contribution in affecting the outcome of
a desired work process.
Opportunity- Since I am having a proper understanding about the core concepts, due to which
through this approach I tend to make sure that I am able to make proper improvisation within my
working process as per the requirements.
Threat- I have to implement my learning outcomes on the ground level to achieve proper results,
but also at the same time have to learn new skills. Due to which work complexities increased.

3: Areas for improvement
The module has showcased several elements which have to be taken into consideration by me so
that I can improve the weak areas which is affecting my goal achieving capabilities. Due to
which several elements have to integrated within the work process so that misguiding activities
can be minimizing through which I can increase the chances of goal achievement. Following are
different recommendations through which improvements can be integrated within the work
process.
1. Improve the knowledge and understanding of core concepts which can be seen in the case
in which the level of definition which are being provided for the module tend to be
lacking details. Thus because of which I have to work on improving my knowledge and
understanding of different modules by increasing my engagement in researching new
topics. Thus for achieving this I have to increase my engagement in learning concepts
through unstructured formats of learning and through which specification for the learning
can be achieved which will enable me to integrate detailing in my definitions.
2. The module also elaborated me that I can learn new and creative ways through which my
knowledge on the topics like SWOT and PESTLE could have been implemented
correctly on the ground level. Due to which I should learn ways through which the I can
identify the ways through which organizational activities are being affected due to the
changing external business environment conditions. Through this effective evaluation of
paths by which the business activities are being affected I can implement this knowledge
on the module. So that I can overcome the problems and achieve desired target.
3. The MCQ tend to showcased that I not having an efficient detailed understanding of the
different modules and because of which I must tend to make concentrated efforts on
implementing the detailed understanding of the core concepts. So that I am able to
improve my knowledge base and use of this knowledge base. Through which I can utilize
and identify the elements of these theoretical approaches in the working on ground level
and manages to improve performance.
