Task 1
System requirement specification:
System requirement specification is used to describe the development of any software
system. system requirement specification helps users to easily understand the system. It is a
document which includes all functional and non- functional requirements of the system and
this document is helpful for the development of any system.
1.Introduction:
 Purpose: the wholesale online website is basically a website which provides products to
the customer. By using this online website customer can order anything at anywhere at
any time. This website also provides online transaction by which user can easily pay for
the product by their credit card and save their time.
 Feasibility study: for developing any project it is necessary the project should be feasible.
this online website is helpful to save the user’s time and money. This site also provides
online transaction for any product.
There are 3 kinds of feasibility study:
1.operational feasibility
2.financial feasibility
3.technical feasibility
Operational feasibility: it includes internal issues and social issues. Like: worker
objection, manpower problem.
Technical feasibility: technical feasibility includes technology or resource constraints.
Financial feasibility: financial feasibility checks benefits, development cost or savings of
the products.
 Overview: this system provides easy and fast services to the customers. It provides a large
variety of items and products.
 Advantages of the system:

 Login module: users can easily log into the system if they already have an account.
 New account module: if the user is new to the system than they can create a new account.
 Search module: In search, module user can search any product according to their
requirement.
 Product module: all the products are available with proper details or banner and price list
is also attach with each product.

 Payment module: payment module provides online transaction of any product. For online
transaction, user can use their credit card.
 Notification module: In this module, user can check the notification of successful
transaction.
 Logout module: user can easily log out after complete their order.
3.Non-functional requirements:

 The system should be able to handle Database.
 Proper Internet connection will be provided.
 This system provides facility to user at any time.
Security requirements:
 Securing user’s personal information from leaking.
 Application should not be used in wrong manner.
Safety requirements:
 Proper user authentication.
 Secure database.
 Network crashing.

 This online wholesale website is available for all android users.
 Easy to use.
 This online website provides user-friendly interface.
 This online website covers flexibility.
4.Overall description:
 Product features: These online websites provide many features to the user or customer
for purchase products.
1. Application should be reusable for any products.
2. It also provides safety or security feature for online transaction which is done by
their credit card.
3. This online website provides 24*7 support to the customers to fulfil their
requirements.
4. This online website provides facility to customer to order anything at any time at
anywhere.
Amazon.com – Amazon is a fashion e-commerce company which provide online shopping
facility to the customers.
Limitations of Amazon are-

1. Amazon can’t provide a secure and safe connection.
2. Amazon has order cancellation problems.
3. Load time is very poor so loading of page is very slow.
4. Amazon takes extra charges or fees for the delivery of any product.
Benefits of Amazon are –
1. Amazon has a good order tracking system which allows user to easily track their package.
2. Amazon provides 2-day delivery through amazon prime.
3. One stop shop.
4. Amazon provides large product list.
5. Amazon provides a good content report to the customers.
Forever21 -
Limitations of Forever21 are -
1. Listing control quality is very poor in forever21.
2. Sales returns problem.
3. Transportation cost of forever21 is very high.
Benefits of Forever21 are –
1. It is easy to use and browse.
2. It provides good user experience.
3. It has an easy return policy if the customer is not satisfied or happy with the product than
forever21 give 100% money back guarantee.
4. Forever21 provides many offers or discount policy for every product.
5. It provides delivery service almost all over the country.
6. Forever21 has good quality products and they also provide fast delivery of products.
Alibaba - Alibaba is a multination e-commerce company.
Limitation of Alibaba are-
1. The company’s reputation is not good because it is a Chinese company and they provide
low-quality products.
2. Product delivery is very late in alibaba.com.
3. The quality of products is not good.
Benefits of Alibaba are-
1. They provide good item categories.
2. Alibaba provides products to the user at very cheap cost.
3. It provides good networking to the user.
4. It has a superior business model.

Risk management- Risk management is a process to identify or managing the risk which is
present in the system. risk management is used to minimize the negative effect which affects
the quality of the system. risk management process basically includes 5 steps:
1.Detemine the risk
2.Examine the risk
3.Define the risk
4.Treat the risk
5.Monitor the risk
Determine the risk: First, identify or explain the risk which affects the system. there are many
types of technology or methods by which you can find risk in the system. there are many
kinds of risk which present in the system. eg: physical, legal, ethical, financial.
Physical: Physical risks are involved whether or environmental conditions, physical injuries.
Legal: Legal risks include the responsibilities or law of any organization.
Ethical: Ethical risks include actual harm to the reputation of any company.
Financial: These risks include license fees, insurance fees, membership charge and loans.
Examine the risk: Once you identify the risks that are present in the system you can easily
examine the risk or their outcomes.
Define the risk: Define or rank the risk by identifying the risk quantity. this step is helpful to
identify the effect of risk on your system or it also checks how you can minimize these risks.
Treat the risk: It is also known as risk response planning where you can make a list to
determine or modify these risks.
Monitor the risk: This is the last step of risk management process which is used to monitor or
review the risks.

1. Unavoidable risk- These types of risk are not controlled or avoided by the system.
2. Change of requirements- Today’s market is completely changing and the

customers.
3. Privacy – For the privacy of any system it is important that only valid user access data
or use the system.
4. Technical risk- There are many types of technical risk which produce risk in the
system. If the team member is new for the technology or they don’t have knowledge
about the technology or tools which used in the system than the system is failing or
system have some error.
5. Security – It is necessary to keep the data or information safe and secure. Only valid
or register user is allowed to access data or use the information.
