INTRODUCTION
A project management is the formal document that defines how the project is going to

This project is based on funfair festival for the student and staff of the Bloomsbury Institution.

Bloomsbury Institution Want to lunch a new event that will be for the two days. This will be a
funfair for the school students and staff (Pellerin and Perrier., 2019). This event will be for 2
days and it will be start on first week of September 2021. the aim of this project will be to Make
their student stuff what is a beginner event so they can play various games activities will be plan
for the two days where students and both staff can enjoy their. there will be a variety of games
available for the students and each participant who will want the game will get prizes from the
institute.

The mean scope of this project is provide fun time to the staff and students and it will be good
for the institution because they were able to attract new students by looking their new activities
an events organised for the staff and school students. the main purpose and scope of this event
