Fusion Grind coffee shop is based in Birmingham City
with the overall aim to serve hot drinks, snacks, meals
along with alcohol as the business will be applying for
its alcohol licence. The location of the coffee shop is
located near a primary school which is closely
distanced to the High street. In addition to this, the
location of the shop is optimal as it is near various
corporate offices, housing estate containing new built
family homes along with student halls of residence.
Moreover, the location of the establishment has bus
stop and train station with walking proximity.

 The target market of the organization are as follows:
 the business will target office going individuals as there are various
corporate office in close proximity.
 The business will also target student customers as there are student
hall residences near the organization.
 The cafe will focus on travelling as the bus stops and railway station
in waling distance to the business.

 The business will offer various products at a lower prices relative to

 The organization will offer various options of payment such as online
and credit card in order to improve customer experience.
