INTRODUCTION
Reflective essay clearly specify the learning outcomes which a person learn in their entire
journey (Husebø, O'Regan and Nestel, 2015). In the same way, the report is also based upon the
reflective essay upon the subject which I have learned during a module by using Gibbs model.
Further, it also reflects on how to approach future challenge and expectation of a university
course.
MAIN BODY
How and why you have developed as a learner during a module
In order to explain my experience during the module, I use Gibbs modal of reflection that
helps to explain my entire experience and this is as mentioned below:
Description: I taught four subjects i.e. Business, Information computer technology
(ICT), Computer and English. Apart from this, I also have deep knowledge in other field such as
CRM, IT, sales, recruitment and operation management, even I also have good knowledge in
marketing and accounting, Thus the entire knowledge will help me to develop a better future and
even I can work in reputed firm as well. During the entire module of my subjects, I raise my
knowledge in many field so, it shows that I am a multi-tasking person who can handle many
complex situation In these fields.
Feelings: during this module, I feel so happy because the subjects which I taught are
main stream courses such that through ICT, I raise my knowledge in computer field and in this
modern era, a person must have the basic computer skills. Apart from this, I feel more happy
because in my future I want to become a good accountant and that is possible if I have a good
accounting knowledge and that is what I learn during the module. Thus, my overall experience is
far better and now I posses good knowledge regarding many streams.
Evaluation: From the module, I evaluated that I gain a lot of knowledge and now I can
easily solve many complex situation in my field. Apart from this, I also evaluate that I also raise
my communication and presentation skills, so that it will help me to present my topics and
convey it to other in better way. By learning ICT and business, I also evaluated that I raise my
management skills and IT skills which is one of the most important skills which a person should
posses. Beside this, during a module, I also evaluate that now I posses verbal and written
communication that helps me to convey my messages to others in better way as compared to past
performance (Finlay, 2018).

Analysis: through this module, I analyse that my time management skills are improved
which I learned from the business in which I realise the importance of time management skills.
That is why, in the entire module, I analyse that through an effective timing I can easily complete
my work in defined time and attain the goals of my life as well. Moreover, I further realise that I
can also cope with the pressure and nervousness which also affect my working performance and
even creates hindrance in my success path. Beside this, I analyse that I gain a lot of confidence
that helps to grab many opportunities in the future. But on the other side, I also analyse that I still
lack some decision making skills and I still cannot present myself in a large audience group that
needs to be improved.
Conclusion: It has been concluded from my experience that I learn a lot of new things
and develop my personality in better way as compared to past. Such that now I have enough
knowledge regarding my core subjects and apart from this, I also concluded that I built a good
confidence during this module so that I can easily attain my aim or goal for my future. During
this entire journey of my learning, I concluded that I improved my time management skills but
still I am not able to take better decision for my future as well but to improve this, I even take
action as well.
Action plan: In order to improve some skills which I am lacking I take action such that
in order to improve the decision skills, I start reading some books. Apart from this, in my future I
will aim to develop my assertive skills in order to ensure that my knowledge is used in exact
place and also start developing some collaboration skills so that whenever I work with my
colleagues, I can easily adjust my working environment with them so that different ideas are
generate and can completed the aim as well.
How to approach future challenges and expectation
From the above experience, it has been cleared that my overall experience regarding the
module and subjects are awesome and even I learn a lot of new things and also explore my
knowledge in different areas as well. But in my future, I would like to use these skills into the
working area such that as I posses good management skills through business so that it will help
me to approach future challenges. Apart from this, I also realised that as I posses the good
computer skills and marketing then I can also opt the filed of marketing and accounting. It is also
realised that there are wide scope in the accounting field, I also dream or wish to become an
accountant because of having good interpretation skills.

Moreover, in order to approach the future challenges, I also realised that if a person
having good time management skills, then it will help them to lead towards a success (Quinn,
2018). Apart from this, as I posses a good time management skills with better communication
skills then it will also help me to become a successful person and through this university courses
I can easily attain my defined goals as well.
CONCLUSION
By summing up above report, it has been concluded that if the person posses better
knowledge regarding their own field then it will be more easy for them to become a successful
person. In the same way, I also taught many subjects in university, that will help me to approach
in future challenges and expectation as well.
