INTRODUCTION
Future designers are the persons who are involved in doping creative works and they
focuses on the new product that it does not harm the people of society. They are trying to make
life of persons better with the help of designing (Ausländer and Fussenegger, 2013). Various
types of plans and policies are formulated in order to solve the issues related with design.
TASK 1
Role of Future Designers
The persons who are involved in doing future designing are concerned not only about the
products but they are also focusing on the services which are offered by them. The designers
have to analyse all the problems which are arising in the society due to change which are made in
goods in order to make innovative products and the overall impacts which are created due to
modifications in products on the members of the society. That is thinking out big and innovative
ideas which are totally differently (Powe and et. al., 2014). I can use various strategies in order to
develop new products so that they can easily serve the people who are living in the society. If I
design the products in innovative ways than it can help in making life better by which new
designing patterns can be developed. If there is any problem in designing than they can solve
them by using different and unique designs to achieve the best results (Future Designing, 2017).
According to Rafael Guida who is the head authority at creativity shops he said that
various types of designing can be made with the help of evaluating new ideas so that the best
outcomes can be achieved in planned ways. I can give stress on my mind in order to find out the
the best and the suitable solutions for the problems.
The designing which are related with future aspects of preparing talents for the
marketing demands, preparation of workforce designing with innovative skills that are used in
designing skills and those aspects which are related with thinking (Teale, 2012).
The thinking of future designing are related with the following aspects as:
Processes that are related with right type of mind sets and deep skills: The persons who
wants to become future designer wants to have a depth study of the craft in order to solve the
problems in effective ways with the aims to achieve all the objectives (Barghamadi and et. al.,
2014).

People should aim at centre for all the working process: The designers are showing
interest in going out towards the world journey in order to understand the needs of people that
want they want in actual way.
Team working helps in expressing there values tangibly: I have the aim of developing
effective solutions in order to reflect the total ecosystems. The working should take place with
any diverse group in order to create the overall impact on the team so as to make them work
effectively (Hudson, 2012).
There vision can be achieved by:
Making good skill sets of designs.
Expanding there roles in government and business sector
developing brands of Singapore designs
achievement of competitive advantages for firms.
Challenges in stores
The opportunities in the stores are related with solving the problems in effective ways.
There should be strong link with the workers who are involved in designing. All the employees
have to work together in order to achieve goals as they cannot work alone. Effective plans and
strategies should be formulated in order to resolve the issues (Yan and et. al., 2015). Matters can
be solved by applying one discipline principle within the four walls of the room.
According to Lishan The design should be related with understanding the needs of people
is not only powerful factors but they are also crucial (Blennow and et. al., 2013).
Ideas should be effective so that people can know about them in order to create good
impact on society. All the problems which are arising in designing should be solved
simultaneously as the business is growing. The campaigns should be effective so that people
does not think they have simply wasted their time.
