International tourism is defined as that form of tourism that is done across the national
borders to various countries of the world. International tourism is one of the positive outcomes of
the impact of globalization to the fact that it is now considered as one of the best leisure activities
for all the people. The travelling purpose can be either for personal leisure purpose or for
business- or work-related purpose but in both the cases, the international tourism impacts the
country in which it is done in a positive way increasing the economy of the country (Vic.gov.au.,
2018). The following report is about the future of international tourism aspects that is found in
the state of Victoria which is one of the densely populated portions of the continent. According
to the views stated by Victoria Tourism. (2018), the state is the home to a large number of tourist
attractions which has attracted the tourists from all over the globe from all spheres. The
following paragraphs highlight the future of the international tourism in Victoria with the source
to three secondary data sources and their analysis with graphical presentation. The implications
for the future and the research findings are also stated in the following report.
2. Future of International Tourism in Victoria

to 2018 (Ruhanen, Whitford & McLennan, 2015). The number of visitors in Australia was
approximately 8 million in the year 2017 with Victoria being the second highest in count. The
maximum amount of tourism nationality is from China which more than 22% in comparison to
2016 (Mahadevan, 2014). The average earning of the economy in 2017 reached at about 42
million dollars which is much higher than the growth rate of the Australian economy as a whole.
