I am a student in management now a days. I want to grow successfully with each passing days,
months, years and decades. I watch out myself as a successful business tycoon in the coming 30
years. I want myself to be at a stage of contentment where I am not in a rush to fulfill my dreams
rather I want myself fulfilling other’s dreams. I want to convert others dream into actions.
Contentment doesn't come with success alone but it includes happiness, health and mental
strength. In a broader aspect, I want to put loads of work into that project which makes me happy
in upcoming 30 years.
I have to put lots of effort for the post I am seeking to achieve rather than blaming later to
the world. For this, a proper strategy or plan will help me to be at the highest place of my dream.
30 years of successful career is not beaten up in a day, so for that, a step by step plan is needed.
I'll first gain some experience under the guidance of successful business tycoon then by keeping
all PEST and SWOT analysis in mind I'll plot a plan to put up my business when and where.
Only a responsible person can be the boss of an organization. I'll think wisely and work smartly
by keeping the priorities of the society and economic strategies in mind. I’ll take up the bottom
up and top down approach in my communication plan. After all these efforts only, I’ll start up
my business. I’ll communicate with my each employee and take up the time to time feedback to
improve my and my company's position along with the reputation. Employers needs and deeds
will also be on my priority list. The risk is the first step in business, so new innovative ideas will

always be welcome by me. Youth always come up with the new technological ideas and that too
with the skills will bring charm to the business. Project management plans are also there in my
strategy plan, first is to identify projects that will ensure the success of the new start and other is
to set priorities accordingly. All this require the involvement of employees because they should
also be clear about the plan because a business work with the team not alone. The value and
culture of the program should also be kept in mind, the whole participants in an organization
should be aware of the new changes and challenges that may come into the path.
My dream to become a successful person and over that my clear plans and strategies may
help me to become the top business tycoon. My employers will be aware of my plans and
cultures of our organization so that every member will put an effort to raise the business. Time to
time meetings and feedback will ensure the rise and fall point reasons in the company and
problems of the employees within the company. Management strategies and priorities will be
properly resourced. In the business world, the company would be ready for the new adaptations
and changes required to attain the heights.
