INTRODUCTION
In this competitive era, every individual wants to be be stay ahead and grab best
opportunities for their future as well. The entire world is based upon the advance
technology and even the young graduates also find different opportunities for their
future. In the same way, the current report help to highlight the opportunities for an
individual which assist in 2030 global market. Therefore, report highlights different
opportunities for current graduates and what an individual is looking for their own
future by revising CV and using STAR framework. Lastly, analysing the current
research for the future work as well.

Describing current graduate opportunities
In this highly technology world and modern era, there is a wide scope in the IT
field and especially in Digital Marketing and in this job, there are different opportunities
available for the young graduates such as:
Digital Marketing Manager
SEO Specialist
Content Strategist
Chief Marketing officers.
E-Mail marketing
Interactive technology
Research information on skills, knowledge and experience
Skills: in order to be a digital marketing manager, an individual must have
strategic thinking, data analysis skills, specific marketing channel expertise, IT skills,
communication skills, creative skills and analytical abilities (Gilbert, 2017).
Knowledge: an individual must have a knowledge related to social media
platforms, HTML, CSS and Javascript, knowledge of free tools that is available in
market.
Experience: an individual must have a experience of one year in well recognised
institute with a digital marketing degree.
In order to enter in this, the company's HR mainly take Psychometric Test which
includes Verbal and numeracy test in the recruitment and selection process. Such that
this these helps to identify candidate's decision making, intelligence and whether they
match with their personality trait and behaviour for the particular job profile. Therefore,

as the chosen role Is digital marketing manager in Hotel industry in which the
recruitment process is based upon the psychometric test. If the candidate score good
marks then he or she is eligible for the vacant position otherwise they are disqualify.
Identify one current advertised opportunities
Among all the opportunities, I choose as a digital Marketing Manager for Hotel
industry because I am looking for the growth option and in this competitive era, and
even the entire world is living in Fourth Industrial Revolution where everything is
digitalised (Mishra, Wilder and Mishra, 2017). Therefore, working in this specific job
role is helps me to develop own skills and exhibit creativity as well. Further, it has better
salary as compared to other and as I posses good communication skills and easily adapt
to adopt the work and handle pressure, so it will help me in mu future growth option as
well. This career option is more suitable and fit in my current plan because I usually
surfing things in Internet and by choosing this as a career option also assist me to
develop IT skills and generate more career option as well.
SECTION 2
Overview of findings on future job market
As from the finding, it is analysed that more than 90% of the work is based
online and they require SEO and manager who regularly monitor the activities so that it
will help in the success or growth of the firm. Therefore, in near future, this job
profession is consider one of the most demanding profession and majority of workers
will also involve in this profession as well (Venable, 2017). Therefore, looking into this
career option will help an individual to improve their IT skills and also develop better
career option as well.
Research indicate about the future proofing of the sector
The research clearly indicates that in the coming 10 years, entire world become
digitalised and that is why, the young graduates must have to start choosing this as their
career profession. It is so because, most of the company owner started using 3D
technology, artificial intelligence and robotics, nanotechnology in order to make their
work easy and creative. As per the research, it is analysed that 93% of the work in based
online and search engines and therefore, it digital marketing is in demand and even, it is
also consider as a Kick start or the professional career (Puente, 2017).

In future, for graduate level workers, SEO is another area in which the person
may invest because SEO specialist is the digital marketing professional who has an

Therefore, in the changing era, if an individual have these competencies then it
will be more beneficial for their future growth and better development. For that, there is
a need to improve the IT skills, organizing skills so that it will be helpful for achieving
this role as well.
CONCLUSION
By summing up above report, it has been concluded that I think Digital
marketing manager is consider the best option for me because as per the changing era,
every company require a specialize person and even as I have good leadership and
communication skills, and also able to work under pressure will help me to be more
suited on the particular job profile. Therefore, from the research, I analyse that this
profession is more suitable for my future career planning as well.
