Introduction:
The society is the home to social creatures and according to Darwin’s theory of evolution, human
beings have been the smartest in all aspects. Human beings that define different lanes of
necessity in the life create the rules and policies, the perception and ideologies. Discrimination is
one such factor that have separated the unity of the social species. It is never possible to create
mutation of cells unless both men and women are involved. The perception needs to be same for
every time and not just too specified places of occurrence. It is not only the paternity dominance
of the community’s psychology or maternity, there are several ways of creating differences
amongst variants of human beings. Some people utilize sex discrimination, religion, age, race,
cast, color and many of such nuisance reference to devaluate the self-worth of an individual
(Guven and Islam, 2015).
With reference to the rage against women empowerment, concept of feminism and gender
equality, the differences created by human beings are hampering sustainability to gender groups
in the society. Due to the existence of gender inequality and diversity in the education system of
the society, non-English speaking background hardly find opportunities in organizations in terms
of promotion is concerned (Fortuny, 2017). With context to different aspects societal barriers to
women education and insignificant denotation of gender worth, this paper has the intention to
focus on the roots of the issue with that of empathy economy and susceptible relation with the
other factors of the war.
Literature review:
Future work scenario: Empathy economy
The future of the working industry as expected in 2040 would amalgamate with new needs of the
society and new theories of life, as with the developing stage, the developing economic
conditions will force to mold situations of human beings intercepting finance deals someway
differently. According to historical philosophers, the success to work is measured in terms of
currency, where currency is denoted as empathy in this progression of the world. The evolution
of communication and marketing concepts as well as media have changed and developed over
time. Empathy is the factor that creates the image of human and humanity. Evolution of

communication process over time with the help of human sympathy combination have become a
potential potion of marketing tools systems (Mestan, 2016).
Empathy economy, the term as it sounds refers to the intentional spinning of the shared economy
that reflects a substantial evidence of gender gap in the society. The gender differences of have
been consequently developing to take a bigger shape in the society and exploring the negativities
of the environment. Interpreting the creations of nature is in no hands of human beings and
hence, vast variation of human perception can never be dominated with some stated fake beliefs
and fear of social customs (Hakim, 2016).
Emphasizing on the relativity of empathy economy with that of non-English speaker women has
a fine link where women are considered to be someone empathized. The diversion-inclusion and
gender inequality have always focused on empowering the weak with strong and stable
confidence and not only women. There are genre of men who are to be given equal power in the
society as described now from the situations and consequences of pseudo-feminism (Barrow and
Grant, 2019).
Reflection on response to empathy economy with the scenario:
It is necessary to feel the imperative nature of the gender diversions as well as equality is way
ahead of stand as humanity. The social creatures are initially identified based on humanity and
not any religion. Tertiary education sector are the base of social behavior formations and teaches
social creatures the way to act in the society. Hence, I feel for understanding genders, gender
differences, respecting individuals and interpreting it as a casual matter are to be taught to the
tertiary education sector fellows.
I witnessed it through several research that since ages, due to patriarchal formation of the society
at most places, we have given the men the privilege and preference of studying and acquiring
knowledge in form of education. However, the societal perception could not interpret that what
women do other than studying, that is no less of an education system representing practical
knowledge (Cornwall and Rivas, 2015). Women do their work holding pool of empathy in their
heart and soul. It was then when the need and interest of education was fostered in the minds of
modernity as seeds that the plants started evolving.

I always believed that education has no language and therefore, English is just a language and
just a medium to converse and express who know the language. Women in today’s day, even if
do not belongs to English speaking group can easily grab their position in the organizations due
to their capability of performing something that other cannot (Roberts, 2015). Hence, treatment
to women as empathized material is no longer valid now, as the revolution to gender equality
does not support such statements.
As I studied that in accordance to labor laws and workplace policies implemented by several
companies, women and children are given extra priority as the neonatal bond takes a long time to
be categorized as normal bonds. Due to the physiological power and weakness as often denoted,
women have not stepped backward from their duties and have been performing enthusiastically
no matter whatever the situation is. Hence, industries must move in alignment with needs of
women power as well as deserving candidates apply solutions to an industry challenge including
implementation and implications for HR. Human resource management holds the power in
companies for developing the working strategies of working capital and hence, communicating
and implementing right policies can develop the confidence of eligible candidates.
I can emphasise on the fact that gender equality is supreme in its formation at this stage based on
the learnings that the countries of the world are rapidly coping up to grow together. The
significance of the fact is that empathy economy is taking its plight with the development of
generations, and that is definitely creating difference in women empowerment especially for
non-English speakers.
