All the below enclosed 10 artefacts have been very helpful in development of my present employability skills. Each tool is
having its own significance in the process pf professional development.
Appendix 1: The various photos and worked depict the way classroom learning is taking place in the organisation. It has
also helped in the process of identification of the was classroom learning is majorly responsible for student development.
Appendix 2: The swot analysis is a tool that helped me in making a detailed evaluation my while personality because if I will
be able to identify my weakness then I will be able to work as per such requirements.
Appendix 3: My Personal Development Plan it helped me in identification of all the overall actions that are required for
achievement of laid objectives further there is identification of the resources and support that is required as per the
mentioned time frame. It also provided a particular time frame in which all the activities have to be completed.
Appendix 4: it is explaining the overall learning process that is taking place in this COVID 19 situation. There is need for
proper tools management process so that learning process cannot be interpreted as there is need for continuation of focus
on Career Planning during the Covid-19 Lockdown.

There is easy approach towards various job available and other opportunities. The development of various platforms that are helping in the
process of identification of available opportunities. Such as linked in, indeed are some of the platforms that are offering the required opportunities
by identification and matching of the requirements of job providers and the present skill sets of job seekers.
The new job opportunities are available for the future time period by analysing the present market trends and the changing requirements of
employers. Based on this the employees can be hired in organisations. But there is need to focus on enhancement of present skill sets as per
the changing requirements of employers such as now there is need of smart managers who are able to properly communicate, have innovative &
creative skills for new idea developments.
