HOW AND WHY 10 ENCLOSED ARTEFACTS HAVE SUPPORTED THE DEVELOPMENT OF MY EMPLOYABILITY? (500 words)
All the below enclosed 10 artefacts have been very helpful in development of my present employability skills. Each tool is
having its own significance in the process pf professional development.
Appendix 1: The various photos and worked depict the way classroom learning is taking place in the organisation. It has
also helped in the process of identification of the was classroom learning is majorly responsible for student development.
Appendix 2: The swot analysis is a tool that helped me in making a detailed evaluation my while personality because if I will
be able to identify my weakness then I will be able to work as per such requirements.
Appendix 3: My Personal Development Plan it helped me in identification of all the overall actions that are required for
achievement of laid objectives further there is identification of the resources and support that is required as per the
mentioned time frame. It also provided a particular time frame in which all the activities have to be completed.
Appendix 4: it is explaining the overall learning process that is taking place in this COVID 19 situation. There is need for
proper tools management process so that learning process cannot be interpreted as there is need for continuation of focus
on Career Planning during the Covid-19 Lockdown.
