Summary
How and why 10 artefacts enclosed at artefacts have supported the development of my
employability?
Student improve their potential skills and knowledge by gaining education which makes them
develop and make his career successful for whatever they do after their completion of
graduation. After completing their graduation their main aim is to become a part of successful
and reputed organisation which will make them successful in every area. I personally observed
that it is very important for a learner to understand all the personal areas which are needed to
increase employability skills within me. With the help of analysis of my own personal skills and
weak areas it delivers me a support for my future and rebuilds. With the support of 10 artefacts I
am able to take step and take it as a guidance in order to be a better me after completing my
graduation from the university. From the first task I have gone through several activities and task
sessions which is supported by photos and images which assist me producing the other artefacts.
Moving forward to the second artefact I came across with strength and weakness which are
required to overcome the threats within me and grab opportunities which help me to increase my
strength and boost my personal skills. With the help of personal analysis or personal audit that
have represent me that I have some strength in written and communication skills by performing
team activities as well as by making interaction and working with other teammates which boost
motivation level and give me a chance to improve my interpersonal skills which are very
required further in my corporate career. I also evaluate the facts that is my weak areas or weak
points that I don't have proper acknowledgement of digital technologies or MS word which could
be a great threat for my career and future in corporate world which are very important for the
employees who have master in this knowledge but it needs improvement. With collection of
information of strength, weakness, opportunities and threats within me I create my personal and
professional development plan which help me to set targets after the completion of my education
in the university. This plan suggest me to improve my weak points and it required to work
effectively and productively so that I can progress on this. Moving forward with the next artefact
I write blogs in my words which make me understand the meaning of plagiarism and
misdemeanors in my academic writing and professional writing that will result in bring out in
key finding skills and decision making process. After that I acknowledged with many references
and sources which are helpful such as Google scholar which is one of the accurate and relevant
source of finding results. Also I get to know with the importance of job description which I
needed to improve my knowledge of person specification. It will help me to look forward for a
job which is pretty simple with LinkedIn. During the time of my graduation it shows my
potential and skills within me which I have to improve for my career with my hard work and
how I came across for the job market in future which enables my learning towards innovation
and technology as all the corporate world is full of global technologies so that it work hardly
against their opponents or challengers. Hence this module provide me a genuine support in order
to find all the academic and professional skills within me which are required to complete my
goals while ensuring to complete in the near future.
