REFLECTION
To be able to increase the employability Skills and development it is important for the
individual to be able to analyse the internal and external factors. I understood my own strengths,
weakness, opportunities and threats So that I would be able to have higher employability
matching the standards and reputation of the organisation. The competition in the market is
increasing therefore all the individuals must make sure that they are matching the standards of
the company for that I also developed my personal development plan so that I would be able to
achieve my targets and goals effectively (Groth and et.al., 2020). It is very important to have the
right skills in order to make sure that the targets and goals which are being provided to the
employees are being followed effectively. The behaviour and other important factors like
communication, performance, experience, etc have to be well developed in me so that I would be
able to achieve the company’s expectations. There has to be good academic factors which are
supposed to be present which is going to be helpful for the organization and I whom would help
me grow as well. Right knowledge, experience and skills are very essential in an individual so
that the achievement is going to be higher which a very important factor is. Job hunt of all the
individual are different and they have to be well maintained as well so that there is going to be
higher functioning (Higdon and Chapman, 2020).
I need to be able to find the right job according to the experience and knowledge which I
have developed in order to make sure that there is going to be satisfaction which would be
present. This testing which has been conducted to understand my development employability is
going to be very helpful to guide me and take the right measures at the right time (Gallagher and
Grimm, 2018). There are a lot of job opportunities which are coming up but having the right job
hunt and resources used by me is going to be helpful so that I do not miss an opportunity in any
company. They have to be effective resources and planning which is required to be able to
achieve the targets and goals. I have to have good presentation for the plan so that there is going
to be higher functioning which is going to be present and that is going to make the performance
of myself higher. Jobs in the market are many which have to be present and new features also
have to be present and that is going to make the functioning even more higher and this is a very
good factor for the company to have. Blogs have to be made effectively and that is going to be

higher communication which is going to make the performance as an individual even more
higher and that is going to be good for a long run in the market (Johnson, 2016).
